I recently joined Tailster and I was assisted with the joining formalities by Siobhan which made my experience more pleasant with his prompt and attentive replies.
I am glad I become a part of this big and happy pet community and look forward to help pet owners with their requests.

Thought I’d ignore the bad reviews and…

Thought I’d ignore the bad reviews and give this site a go . It’s a complete scam , first of all they take 30% commission and if you want it lowered you have to pay a premium fee . Second of all they hold your payments from you for months and ignore your emails. I’ve sent tens of emails asking for my money especially when I’ve paid for a premium service which says your guaranteed your money in 7 days . I’ve been waiting nearly two months for a payment now and every-time I email they say they’ll look into it and they never do . It’s just not worth the hassle . It’s such a shame they treat their customers like this

SCAM, please don't use this company

I'm really shocked to see all these 5-star reviews. It seems like their customer service team is quick to respond to new members who just created an account but wait until you withdraw your money from the website and you never receive it. You won't be giving five stars after that...

They don't pay you!!!!

They don't pay you!!!!

I've been waiting since August 2024..

You can't contact them and when you do they ignore you....

Now they owe me and many others thousands!!

Any advice from anyone please...

Seems like a well oiled machine!

Siobhan replied very kindly to my message even though I hadn't really used the chat properly, giving me a great first impression. She also confirmed for me that my account was set up which was great. Seems like a well-oiled machine so far, hopefully will continue that way!

SCAMMER ALERT!!

SCAMMER ALERT!!
They take customers money before care jobs start, take a good percentage from quotations, and pretend to pay you but not.

Got a pet care job (end Sept til early Oct 2024) through tailers. It's been 3 months and they never paid me the money. Every time I tried to contact, the CS team only passed issues to the financial team but do they put pressure on it, I doubt.
