The team at Tailors Mark are absolutely at the top of their game! The customer service is attentive and contemporary, and the in-house measuring tools are sci-fi technology! Sam took time to talk of his experience which was very trusting for me to know that I was in the hands of a true professional, and his vision was to see me be comfortable and in style and on point! Everything created is unique and entirely crafted to the individual.
Tailors Mark's , online storefront (also used by Sam in our consultation) is absolutely leading edge!

Right from my first experience visiting…
Right from my first experience visiting the website, Tailors mark demonstrated a fresh, modern and professional vibe. This was also followed through when I made phone contact and spoke with Rob.
Only 1 consultation was required which for me was ideal as I live 5 hours from Melbourne. The suit was expressed posted and what I found mind blowing was even though not one tape measure was used in gaining my measurements, the fit was absolutely perfect. This was made possible by their 3D body scanning. Something I didn't even know existed. All in all the experience I had with Tailors mark was fantastic and would recommend them to anyone.

Great experience!
Great experience. Easy to create measurements and so much customisation. My sizing was slightly off on my first attempt (my fault), however the customer service team were amazing in looking at some photo's I sent comparing, and coming up with some edits to my sizing. THey then sent out replacement shirts, free of charge! Will continue to shop with Tailors Mark.

Tailors mark and more specifically Sarah in customer service were fantastic, my original order didn’t quite fit as I’d hoped, but no stress from these guys, they made another 3 new shirts for me free of charge which fit me perfectly! Couldn’t be happier
