Paid for 2 shirts I never got
Ordered 2 shirts IN MAY, and haven't received them in end of November. They have promised me my money back AND to send the shirts, but I haven't received either of these. It takes weeks if not months for the company to respond to e-mails, and now they have stopped doing so at all. Surprising, considering I'm a repeat customer.

Solid service - will continue to use
Used Tailors Mark a few times overs the past 2-3 years for shirts. Well made shirts, quite fun to design, though a little more guidance on fabrics would have been helpful. Had a little issue in the early days with foreign payments due to pound sterling/Australian dollar crossover and what I perceived to be a lack of clarity on their site - but I'm happy this has been resolved.

Worth the effort for perfect fit
May take a couple of attempts to work out the perfect measurements, but once you've got it sussed, its the only way to buy shirts.
