We thought that finding someone who could supply awning on our bespoke catering trailer was going to be a difficult task but Mel and her team have done a fantastic job. Not only making new but redesigning the whole canvas awning and 2 new roof sections
These guys are in a different league, nothing was too much trouble, they came up with amazing ideas that we would have never thought of, the quality and workmanship is faultless. We can't recommend and thank Mel and her lovely team enough.

I contacted Tailored Textiles via email as we had a Tuin Mitch Log Cabin Gazebo and wanted some quality panels to keep the rain out. I received a reply from Melanie within the hour and it went from there. The plans were quickly drawn up, and once confirmed and paid for we received the bespoke panels within days. We were amazed at the quality of the panels as they were much better than we thought they would be and looked absolutely superb.

I was a little daunted at first about hanging them myself but the door panel went up easily enough. And then disaster struck! Not being used to working with metric I misread the tape measure and ordered the wrong size for the two side panels, which were about 40mm too wide!

In desperation I phoned Tailored Textiles and spoke to Melanie who could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Melanie arranged for the panels to be collected, resized and quickly returned to me. Nothing was too much trouble and I was extremely impressed with the service I was receiving which was above and beyond all my expectations!

Yesterday (Saturday 28th May 2022) we hung the two side panels and they look awesome.

After considerable research I concluded that Textured Textiles was the best option.
Though not the cheapest option, you only have to see the quality of the material and craftsmanship to see why it is the best option.
From initial enquiry through to placing an order the process was very easy with great communication from Melanie (Textile Production Manager). Melanie quickly and efficiently responded to my queries, sent samples and advised on the best options throughout.
Manufacturing was quick as was delivery.
A small issue was quickly and perfectly resolved with an amazing turn around.

Took some time to research companies that made bespoke panels. I was impressed with tailored textiles. I had a lot of questions and wanted to make sure they were right as I did not want to waste my money. Melanie was very helpful and patient! The end result was great and just how I had imagined. I now have an extra space in my home which we can enjoy all year round. Highly recommend tailored textiles. :)

Fantastic service. Our tailor made panels needed a little work after I installed them slightly too low.
We dropped them off and rather than wait the expected couple of weeks, we were told to come back in two hours.
We did and they were ready. It does not get any better than that.

Our old Safari hut was in bad shape with rotten roof and worn side panels. Discovered The company we had purchased it from no longer trading so contacted Melanie at Tailor Textiles who worked alongside David to organised new roof and custom made side and door panels. We could not be happier with their service and the end result.

Ordered some custom-made cushions for outdoor furniture, to replace poor quality and sap-damaged existing. Clear and effective communication throughout the buying process. excellent quality product which met our needs exactly.

I found Tailored Textiles via a Google search. I was looking for roll-up screens for my gazebo. Turned out they had made many for similar gazebos. After a bit of to-ing and fro-ing to ensure I had the measurements exactly right the order was placed. I was advised 6-8 weeks delivery but in reality it was about 4 weeks. I was very pleased with the service throughout and the end product.

We needed 6 panels for our summerhouse. Melanie was very patient with my questions and measurements.
The delivery was very quick. The canvas and materials are of a high quality. The neatness of the work is very good. The curtains fit exactly as we needed and look fantastic.

After having a gazebo built I wanted some window and doorway panels to provide some weather protection for it. There are many companies online who can do this and I got several quotes but, I settled on Tailored Textiles who are based in Leek, Staffordshire. Their website is easy to navigate and use. I found a large range of fabrics to choose from and other options such as clear window panels, zips and fastening type. I sent Tailored Textiles an email with my requirements and some photos of the gazebo. Melanie got back to me very quickly with a price, which wasn't the cheapest but I wasn't looking for cheap, I wanted quality and longevity. So, I went ahead and placed my order. A couple of days later I received detailed drawings so I could double check my measurements. I confirmed everything was good to go and prepared to wait the 3-4 week production time quoted. Imagine my pleasant suprise when, just over a week later, I got an email from Melanie to say my order was ready.
The panels came with extra fittings to counter my ability to drop and lose such things, which was really thoughtful. The fit and finish is absolutely superb and exceeded my expectations. Remember, I did the measuring :)
Overall, these Tailored Textiles' panels have ensured that my family and I can enjoy our gazebo throughout the year whatever the weather.

The service provided by Tailored Textiles for the supply and delivery of six bespoke Pergola side panels was excellent.

We built an outdoor kitchen this year and wanted to use it all year round. I found Tailored Textiles on line and from the start Melanie was great to deal with. The panels were shipped last week, much sooner than expected and we used them this weekend for the first time. They look great and do just the job! I would definitely recommend Tailored Textiles to anyone looking for panels for an outdoor building!

We had a wooden gazebo built during the summer. We wanted curtains to secure / make it usable if the weather wasn't just great.

Done an online search and found Tailored Textiles. Just what we were looking for!

I emailed Melanie who was very prompt with her replies and was extremely helpful. Measurements sent... drawings sent to us for approval. Payment made. Advised it would take possibly 6-8 weeks before we received them.

In less than the 6 weeks we received the curtains. The quality is absolutely first class. They were much easier to put up than we expected. We couldn't be more delighted with the curtains and the whole process of purchasing them.

The panels are of excellent quality and have transformed our pavilion to enable its use year round. The help and guidance from the team was excellent.
10 weeks from initial order to delivery, no instructions included in the package apparently there’s a YouTube video.

We ordered canvas and clear front and side panels for our large gazebo from Tailored Textiles. They look great and the quality is good and fit perfectly. Would defibrillator recommend.

We knew what we wanted but weren’t sure it could be made as we envisaged it. We were delighted with the results - three large panels with various precise measurements, fixing positions and cut-outs to suit the oak structure to which they were to be fitted. As mentioned by many others, Mel was tremendously helpful throughout the process and the quality of the product is great. Communication was excellent and promised timescales were met. Very happy to recommend to others. Thank you
