Very disappointing experience with this company.
I have been trying to resolve a refund issue with Tailored Canvases since February 28. The canvases I received were extremely poor quality and visibly pixelated. The final product looks nothing like the quality shown in their product photos.
I contacted customer support immediately and requested a refund. They refunded one canvas but have continued to avoid refunding the rest of the order. Instead, they repeatedly offer reprints or promotional codes to order more products.
I have clearly stated multiple times that I do not want replacements or reprints. I want a refund.
After multiple emails and follow-ups, the issue still has not been resolved. At this point I have been forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
If anyone from Tailored Canvases is monitoring these reviews, please process the remaining refund for my order.

To date I’ve ordered 5 canvas prints, 4 with frames. They are beautiful & would highly recommend. On the last order, the frame was cracked during shipment. The customer support team (Mike) is currently working to resolve the issue at hand. I’m sure the team will resolve this issue, now that they have all of the requested information. I have been trying to resolve an issue with this company since February 28. The canvases I received were extremely poor quality and visibly pixelated, nothing like the images shown on their website.
I immediately contacted customer support and requested a refund. After multiple emails and follow-ups, they refunded only one canvas but continue to avoid refunding the rest of the order.
Instead of honoring my request for a refund, they have repeatedly offered to send reprints or provided promotional codes to order more products. I have clearly stated multiple times that I do NOT want a reprint. I want a refund.
At this point it feels like they are deliberately avoiding issuing the refund while continuing to delay the process.
If anyone from Tailored Canvases is reading this, please process the remaining refund for my order immediately. I have already been trying to resolve this since February 28.

I ordered a large customized canvas. I was nervous because I didn't get a request to review and then I noticed it was shipped. The end result is BETTER than i could have imagined. I absolutely love it. I plan to order one more for my bedroom.

Total bait-and-switch
Total bait-and-switch. Received a pixelated paper print instead of a canvas. Customer service refuses to refund, instead dragging out the process with endless surveys and unwanted offers for more low-quality products. Don't waste your money.
Thank you for the response, however, I do not see point. The order number is 435037. I have already received several responses from your team denying my request for refund. I have also been offered free framing, another picture and a discount on a future picture. All of these offers demonstrate the low value of your product, as you would rather send me a new one versus sending me a refund. The product was so poor that I threw it in the garbage.
