I am incredibly disappointed with Tailored Canvases. I spent $170 on a custom canvas, only for it to arrive damaged. While mistakes in shipping happen, their complete lack of customer support is unacceptable.I have reached out to this company eight separate times to resolve the issue, and I have received absolutely no response. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone. They took my money instantly but completely ghosted me when they sent a broken product. Save your money and buy from a company that actually values its customers and stands by its products. Terrible experience.

I ordered 2 pictures for over $200 but upon receiving another wall art realized it would not match. Called to cancel my order within 3 hours. They have been scamming me and lying to me for 3 days about my refund. Making up things then sending me offers as a “solution” and every time I call it’s another reason after I’ve been assured I would be refunded in 1-3 days. Now today I was told I have to fill out a cancellation survey which they never mentioned this whole time. Not getting a good vibe about getting my money refunded on an order that hasn’t even been processed.
