My experience
My experience, was absolutely amazing…
I ordered a beautiful picture and when it came the wrong names were on the canvas picture. I notified the company ASAP, they asked me to send them a picture of it, which I did and the response time was within minutes, they replaced the picture with the correct names and sent it out within days..
When I asked how to return the first picture, they told me to keep it, donate it no need to return!!
I am more than happy with the company and their customer service team.. would recommend them to everyone!!

Tailored Canvases sent me a photograph of the 3D canvas art I purchased.
Tailored Canvases sent me two large canvases with a photo of the actual 3D art interpretation of flowers. The photo was horrendous and it was not anything like what was shown in the Advertisements for these two pieces of Art. I am waiting from both Amazon and Tailored Canvases to send me a return label. Amazons dragging their feet and Tailored Canvases is as well. They are asking form me to return them now to a California address which will probably cost me $50 to send although they came from Orlando Fl, one hour from my home. I am curious how this company can be an authorized seller on Amazon.

The company was great to work with and fast to turn the canvas from them to me. While the canvas came in perfect condition, I’m a little disappointed as I don’t think it is as stunning in person as it was online. It’s a quality canvas, but it just doesn’t POP like I had hoped.
