They false advertise as FREE for a time…
They false advertise as FREE for a time for seniors and then it comes up with charges. Not an honest company. I won’t do business with a bait and switch.

I loved doing my walking tai chi it was perfect for me, I had to stop for i got sick, so I couldn't finish it. I wrote (emailed) lasta and Nicky Collins emailed me right back and was very helpful to resolve this issue, so patient and kind i was very pleased with resolving my account. THANK YOU VERY MUCH NICKY COLLINS I GET TO USE MY MY WALKING TAI CHI AGAIN AND I LOVE IT
They are scammer.
In fact I joined for the training program.. First month I got an offer for 0.98 USD plan.
I checked out, then they charged me additional 120 USD stating that dedicated trainer charge and dietary charges. This was not selected by me. They cleverly added it in online platforms. This is a clever way to take money indirectly.
I contacted them and they are giving different offers, but they don't accept their mistake and refund .
be vert careful in you subscribe their plan.
thank you for your understanding

We have just begun to use Tai Chi for self healing.
It is easy to follow. We would love to see a printed version of the accupressure points and special exercise included to avoid starting and stopping of the DVD as we do the exercises.
This is a comprehensive introduction to Tai Chi. It was more than I could use and I chose a you tube video for a 5 minute routine. This video is excellent for anyone who wants a thorough introduction with instructions.
The main thing is you have to use it every day for you to get benefits. Mr. Johnson clearly demonstrates the motions you do for best health.
