I placed an order and on asking I got a…

I placed an order and on asking I got a reply that my order was confirmed and was told I will receive it soon. But I haven't got any replies to my further mails on the expected delivery. I was suspicious before I went for the payment. I didn't think much. But no responses and no reassurance makes it suspicious.and on 4th October I received the parcel with wrong products. And since they won't reply to my mails, I fear they'll not take it or refund the amount.
