We had an issue with our orders and reached out on their FB page. They were able to clear things up and were extremely helpful and had great communication.

After a rough start with their customer service, I have to say it was Easter weekend & that delayed their response.
Monday came & they were responsive & attentive to my order issue & corrected it immediately. I will say Beware if you use Apple Pay & need to ship to a different address it will Auto populate the billing address as the shipping address!
And, after the order is placed & you receive a confirmation email with a link to correct any issues or make changes That Link Does Not Work…
Beware Once you submit that is it!
There is No way to contact other than email!
I will update once we receive the tags!

I’m absolutely disgusted with this company from the moment they swore they shipped my order. They never provided me with any proper tracking on my order the whole time before it finally was delivered a few days ago! My package stayed in Chicago Illinois for almost 5 days without any explanation before even finally showing up in I wa never given any delivery date whatsoever & had to stay on top of these people everyday for answers! My one cats tag came with the wrong phone number on it! These people are now insisting that I gave them the wrong information! I absolutely didn’t as they got my other Cats correct! I will never trust them again to even redo the tag they swear they’ll replace! I’m not paying any extra fees for something they should have done correctly the 1st time! Quite shady company as there is no physical evidence of an address or proper phone numbers to call for help or report them!

Beautifully made. Very nice. Only issue is the collar does not stay tight. It seems to loosen easily, so need to always adjust. Luckily we do not use the collar on walks, just a harness, so no risk of her slipping out of it.

This is my second time buying for my second dog I love them so much! Always get compliments wherever I go with my dogs and when people visit my home. So cute!

I almost never write reviews but honestly, the leash and collar I bought from them exceeded my expectations. 11/10 - they're great! They look and feel well made (and made in Canada even!) and the patterns are adorable. I really like that the leash is padded and has a second handle. Also love that they offer so many different styles. Shipping was extremely quick and the price point seemed reasonable. I hope this company stays in business for a long time to come!

Was looking for a unique pet tag when came across "Tags for Hope." The tag designs are so fun, but what I loved is being able to put a lot of pertinent information on the tag, for a fast return. God forbid that one of our cats gets lost though! I also like that funds help charity too!🐈

I LOVE working with and purchasing from Tags for Hope! This team is amazingly helpful, compassionate, and kind. My Chocolate Lab, Gracie (aka Destructo Dog) lost her Idaho License collar tag while on an adventure. I explained the situation to Tags for Hope Customer Service, and they sent me a link to my original order so I didn't have to put everything in again to order a replacement. Jolinn even gave me a 10% discount on the replacement tag! I recommend Tags for Hope to everyone I know - and even some people I don't know. :)

I love the whimsy of a Tennessee Driver's License for my golden retriever. The quality is amazing and the amount of information that can be put on it is a big plus. Only downfall is I wish the slip ring would have been stronger.

I have purchased several items for my dogs in the last few years, everything from personalized tags, harnesses and leashes. Everything is excellent quality and I get many compliments! The shipping is very fast as well.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to TagsForHope for their compassion and generous donation to two of my special dogs. Thanks to this donation my dog can get a prosthetic leg and will be able to run and enjoy life to the fullest. My other puppy suffered from human cruelty and as a result needs extensive medical treatment that I cannot afford. Thanks to this company my dogs have a chance for a better future and full recovery now. I cannot thank them enough for being incredible people with a kind and compassionate heart.

The quality of the collars are great! I messed up the sizing and they told me to donate the two that were messed up! They have been the best for customer service I have ever came in contact with.

All the products were as pictured and were just as vibrant in real life. Good quality material and sturdy.
