fraud. scammers

It is time someone report this scammers to the National Fraud & Cyber Crime Reporting Center.

Continues to charge my account even though I’ve sent several notices and of course they don’t respond back when they had no problems corresponding initially. Did not grow followers and did not deliver on service as promised. Complete waste of money. Have filed dispute with my bank.

Scam - compromised my IG account after 3 weeks. Stay away

I suspect their website was hacked as my business credit card ended up with fraudulent US transactions on it.

TOTAL SCAM! STAY AWAY!

Horrible Customer Service! The chat attendant gives me the runaround after every question I have regarding my credit card being charged for another year of service. Their services are fine until you want out and they give you a headache and barely answer your questions until you cave back in cuz you've already been charged. It's a horrible business practice. I will cancel my services as soon as it expires and find a more polite & mature service provider.

It is a total scam. Their platform looks like everything is ok and working... But you will get no followers or anything.

They are also not doing refunds! (Obviously) I even tried to get help from PayPal but it didn't work.

BE VERY CAREFUL! You will lose money!

Constant issues with trying to log in and reset passwords etc. The customer service is non-existent as best, on to my 6th email trying to get a response...surprising really from what should be a very straight forward question. But unfortunately, frustratingly painful trying to get a response to help...3 businesses potentially using this, but faith in the product is fading very quickly

Billing and billing me but no way to contact them or find out why they are billing me! No way to delete an account and no way to remove your payment method. Scam, avoid.

I'm pretty sure they are hackers and will hack all your info and change your passwords. Do not trust this site. Someone needs to report these scammers to the FCC, Better Business Bureau and online cyber crimes federal unit!

Been trying to contact them because the engine hasn't been working for a week now, no response, no refund, no nothing. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have never left a review before but felt at this point it was needed. Similar to reviews I have read on here, the company shut off my services multiple times without letting me know and charging me for the month anyway. Every time this happened I had to reach out to turn them back on.

Now, it has been a handful of months and emails sent begging this company to stop charging my card after the subscription was canceled. Of course, they have no contact number and are impossible to reach. They have charged us for 5 months now and continue to ignore my messages and requests. BE CAREFUL GIVING YOUR CARD TO THIS SERVICE.

I had 2 accounts with TagScout for a significant amount of time. Mostly the automation side of things was pretty good but it was very much overshadowed by several bad service experiences: -
1) Downgrades were made to both of my accounts on several occasions without my knowledge or agreement regarding functionality and settings. When I queried them I was told that I would have to upgrade to a more expensive package to access those services.
2) When complaining about the above situation, I was lied to.
3) They were frequently late by several days at taking my payment, leaving me without service.
4) Upon messaging them to request cancellation they did not cancel my service and continued to take payment for both accounts. I had deleted my card details but these had been reinstated on the system. When I queried why payments were still being taken after a month had passed, I was then told that a 30 day notice period would apply from now.
5) Despite deleting my accounts, after a second time of requesting cancellation they suddenly began sending out automated DMs and comments again.
When I very first joined, the customer service was good and helpful. Now, I don't know whether it is incompetence or a deliberate attempt to con me, particularly regarding point 1. I'm always willing to give credit where it is due but this has been a disappointing experience and I have no trust left for these people.

Good platform to grow your IG following. Easy to use. Had a query regarding payment and received a prompt response and refund

tried their engagement pod, which gives you ALOT of engagement (a little too much for my comfort, in fact) but at the end of the day when I checked my insights, those engagement seems fake? I end up with ridiculous amount of likes and comments (almost 5x my usual) but my reach and impression rates remains the same. I believe this will ultimately harm my account. A lot of the comments from those pods are nothing but spam as well (Eg. "new comment").
DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Got both my accounts shadowbanned, very bad with communication and didn't reimburse my days of not verifying my account and then renewed their subscription.
Wouldn't recommend.

This site has given my Instagram some biteof life. This platform has progressed my Instagram in some ways and brought some people my way. Also, it's been a good way to get my products and business some views. Sadly no sales at all. And, the post scheduler is not free after the trail is over.
