Great customer service and fast response.
I used Apple Pay to pay for my order but soon encountered an error that stated the transaction didn’t go through, so I tried one more time but had the same outcome. Upon checking my bank account I saw that the money had been wired, although I didn’t receive any order number or confirmation for any order.
I contacted TAGinnpro.eu soon after and they were very helpful in making sure that only one order was sent to me, and that the second order was cancelled and the payment sent back. Response time over email was very short, maximum 24 hours, and they were able to answer all my questions and concerns.
Even though the payment didn’t go smoothly with Apple Pay, I don’t think it’s the company’s fault and using credit card to pay would probably not cause any issues, and therefore they get all 5 stars.
