We actually did have an autoresponder in place until last year, but unfortunately we had to remove it because it caused too many technical issues and spam blocks. That said, we always reply within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, and are generally available year-round except between Christmas and New Year’s. :-)

They have fast shipping times, I do like the product catalog and their service was always good to me
Unfortunately, my experience with this seller has been extremely disappointing. I still haven't received my order, even though the stated delivery time was 2-3 working days. It's now been over a week and I have no certainty that the parcel will be shipped or delivered.
Customer service is practically non-existent: they do not respond for days, there is no telephone number where they can actually be reached, and the information provided via email has been unclear and contradictory. At first, I was assured that the package would be shipped the next day, but the shipment has been stuck in Germany for days, with no updates.
As I am leaving soon, I have repeatedly pointed out the urgency of the situation, but I have not received any concrete response. At the moment, I am not even sure that they will be able to ship what I have paid for.
Furthermore, given that they have not responded to my emails for days, I would be genuinely surprised if they responded here any faster than they have privately.
Terrible experience: slow delivery times, non-existent communication and a total lack of reliability. I cannot recommend this seller.

Your order (1.12.) was shipped on December 3rd. We kindly ask for your understanding, as we have no control over the delivery time by DHL, especially during the busy pre-Christmas period. The shipping time listed in our online shop is a legal requirement in Germany and refers to the period between placing your order and us dispatching it— NOT the delivery itself, which we cannot predict.
The international shipment of your parcel has just been processed at the export parcel center and is on its way to your region.
DHL is currently experiencing significant delays in processing international shipments. As a result, tracking updates may not be available on a daily basis

I bought a jacket from the website, not realizing i couldn't buy it without being a registered in the military. Which i'm not which i advised upon receiving a email proving I'm in the the military.
Been trying to reach out 3 times this week, without any luck. So i consider my 250 euros gone.
Just a heads up for future buyers that seems like getting your money back is not possible.

Please note that you must return each item in the condition in which you received it. This means that new items must be new, unused and complete when you return them. Used items must not have any additional signs of wear or damage.
Great store, shipped the day after i made my order, and they gave me a little bag of haribo gummy bears along with a bunch of stickers. Little details matter!

Horrible customer service.
Almost 2 years ago me and some guys from my police department bought 9 pairs of Salomon Speed Assault. At the time 1 of them was the wrong size and 2 needed to be exchanged for a bigger size. That took almost 3 months but it all worked out.
Fast forward 1 year later. My boots started to loosen at the seems. So i contacted Tacwrk who told me to send pictures of the damaged shoes and that it was no problem to have them replaced at Salomons expense. So i mailed
Them pictures. A month went by with no word. I contacted them, and they wanted pictures of the serialnumber of the shoe. So i sent them pictures. 2 months went by with no Word. I contacted them, and they Said they emailed me, saying they wanted the shoes sent to them. They never did. Ive checked my mail numerous times every day and not once did they mention this.
I replied and said that they never asked for the shoes, and that this had been dragging on and i would really like some customer SERVICE. They still havent responded. Its been months since they replied last. I messaged them first in march 2019. Its now december (24th) 2019. Ive given up getting my shoes replaced or getting any kinds of customer service.
I e-mailed consistently with the same guy in the shop department and he provided such bad customer service that i would never recommend buying anything from TacWRK again.
