Great company and great people. Prices are awesome and I think the negative reviews are just about back ordered products that they didnt read the fine print that tells them its back ordered, everything in stock I usually saw 3-5 days. I would definitely buy from them again

Ordered from website, email confirmation within minutes. Shipped confirmation next day and product arrived as expected 5 days after order packed well and in good shape upon arrival.

This knowledgeable team has first hand experience in the use/application of the items they sell. Numerous times they have talked me out of buying things I do NOT need, but thought I did. (Needs vs Wants) Then made recommendations for specific products that would be most helpful to me. Thus saving me time, frustration and MONEY. Over the years the employees of TacticalSh!t.com have become trusted friends. I appreciate their guidance, support and will always patronize their business in person and onlune.

Have ordered several times from these guys. Quick response time. If a product took longer than expected they were up front and kept me updated.

I’ve never done business with them. One day, out of the blue, I started receiving unsolicited emails from them. Unsubscribe requests were futile, and they have some way of circumventing my spam filters. Finally, I sent a direct email to them demanding that they stop spamming me. That earned me about a month of respite before they started again. Oh, and their “Privacy Policy?” If you click the link, you’ll see they don’t actually have one. No legitimate business conducts itself in this way.

Placed an order on June 6th. Have yet to receive item. Customer service has told me the last two weeks that it would ship next day. Nothing! Do not do business with these people.

I placed an order with them over the phone - they charged my card within a few minutes.
Next day I get an email claiming possible fraud as the zip code on my mailing address and card billing did not match.
The person taking the order typed in the wrong zip on billing address - but the money was already out of my bank.
I had to jump through hoops to correct their mistake - yet they have not sent my ammo.
I requested a refund and was told only could get an in-store credit

This is a follow up to my review of 22 April. After filing a complaint with the BBB, I finally received my ammo order 33 days later. So, I'll give them one more star. Still don't understand how TS can stay in business with such delayed shipping time and poor customer service.

This place did choose a name that fits tactical chit 8 phone calls ,like other you get the retail store ,we can do nothing leave voice mail ,si i did an in many years of buying online all through covid wich is over now they say 14 days or up to we are at 24 days my item was to be shipped days ago ,i find it hard to believe that ted N back these truely the worst place i have delt with on ammo , care about there custoners ,i dont think so ,will be going to my bank to despute the transaction ,as it never shipped ,they send & email full of nothing but excuses they have to be demos ,close ,its my hope this place just goes out of busness ,as we dont need left ,i am just bedside myself on this small order & shame on you tacical chit,if one is smart ,move on from this place couse the full of ????

Placed an order, got an email about an issue regarding billing and delivery addresses not matching, which they promptly resolved when they received my reply.
Thereafter, the product, as advertised, was promptly shipped, arrived in good condition.
I intend to do business with them again.

They are very busy, it took longer then I wanted to wait for my ammo to ship out, so I got a refund, they still sent me ammo for free which is very nice of them, tactical sh** isn't bad

After 3 weeks of waiting for my order that was IN STOCK, I cancelled it.
How do they stay in business?

I placed an order on April 1st, it is now April 17th. I have neither heard anything or received an email in response to my request. I have emailed customer support several times and spoke to the store front who only transfers your call to customer support which goes directly to voice mail. What are my options here? They took my money directly from checking the day I placed the order but I haven't heard or received anything.

I just want to shared my experience on my last purchase with tacticalshit, I purchased the Industries 14” free float handguard on March 9th and they offered free install it was nice of them but after weeks of starring and holding to see if I’m comfortable with it but I noticed it kind of heavy so I look up on their website about returns policy and I didn’t see I have any problems its policy to return so I called them to making sure and they were busy and ask my number to call back after hours of waiting for them to call back and I’m running out of patient so I rode 20 miles and got refused by an gentleman working there and I asked why and he told me because the item I purchased was install by their shop that’s why they can’t give me a refund or exchange so I left w/o arguing, anyway, after all their business name really stand for it I’ve guess.

I ordered 1,000 rounds of 9mm ammo on 01-31-2023 as it was listed in stock. Free shipping was listed at 14 days out and I was okay with that. I asked for an update at the 20-day mark and was told the manufacturer had shifted location. At the 28-day mark, the site showed my order was still processing, and I asked for a refund. Still haven't heard back. TS makes itself out to be too busy to quickly respond to customers, but I do business with many other outlets which are much better known and have amazing customer service. TS needs to up its game. A snarky name and attitude don't entitle it to provide bad customer service.

I have been a longtime customer of TS. The staff has always been more then helpful and accommodating. Their product knowledge is amazing and I am very happy to continue giving TS my business.

Got an email from this sham co stating free shipping on all 9mm ammo with 1000 end min order which i did but they charged shipping. $60 shipping. When I inquired about it I was asked to provide a code or a screenshot of the ad which I sent. Then I got an email saying they couldn’t process my order due to my shipping and billing address’ being diff and that I needed to provide verification of my account to which I replied not until the issue with shipping is resolved. Next thing I hear from Rachel is hmmm shouldn’t have charged ya shipping but I’ll give ya in store credit for 70 or refund the 60. I asked if the credit might raise the shipping cost to which I never got a reply. So I sent at least 3 emails canceling the order and requesting a full refund Next thing I know I’m getting shipping alerts that my order is on its way. Hold up, wait a second, what happened to you must verify your account info before we can ship (all for my protection ya see) and against their own stated policy. By this point I’m no longer interested in doing business with this joke of a business so I told them I’d dispute the charge and refuse the order to which Rachel, whom by the way is the cust service supervisor, says go ahead you’ve been rude and nasty so I’m not gonna deal with you. Now I admit at a point I did get a little heated but nasty, I don’t think so. I guess I should’ve checked their reviews online first cause I would not have ordered from them and blocked their emails. Learn from us and do not deal with this tacticalshi*t show.
