I've recently ordered two different items from Tactical Gear. Shipping was fast and I got exactly what I ordered,and everything was exactly as described. I had ZERO issues with anything I've gotten and I will order from them again.

I purchased 2 Shamughs & 1 Tatctical ink pen . I love the Shamoguhs ! Great to rool up & tie around my neck during this Cold Weather! I wore one out today , 29 degrees here for the High Temp ! It kept me Warm , wearing a t shrt with a hoodie jacket & a pull over cap & jogging pants with sneakers ! I carry the Tactical Pen on my EDC bag , better to have it & Not need it than to need it & Not have it ! You guys ship Quick ! I look forward to ordering from you again ! Great Products & Service !

I have purchased gear from TG Several times and have been more than please with the quality of the gear on every occasion. This is my go to company for all my tactical needs.

This website is amazing, but the lighters, and the torch lack enough power to actually get a fire going without having to play with it for 20 minutes. Every other product I’ve bought
Like boots, knives, bags,EDC items, backpacks. I recommend this website to everyone, I just let them know hey, the lighters need an upgrade avoid those and the torch is good only for the flashlight. I think if they made some changes maybe upping the voltage on these usb charged lighters, you’d have me buying them up. Love the website, great shipping, and appreciate what the staff, and company offer to the public at fair prices.

I’ve ordered boots from Workboots.com A couple times. Every time that I’ve dealt with them specifically I have always been able to get my refund within a couple days or the next size up or down. The level of professionalism is outstanding for nowadays. I’ve never had any problems with them specifically and I thank them for that.

I’ve ordered from tactical gear in the past and had a great experience. I ordered boots for my husband in mid-August and have had to reach out multiple times for an update on shipping time frame. The back order has been extended time and time again, which I understand they have no control over. However it’s getting cold, my husband needs new boots. For the last week I’ve attempted to call and have sat on hold for extended periods of time to try and cancel my order to no avail. I’ve sent multiple emails and gotten only an automated response that my email was received. Even when their site was down they responded to my emails regarding an update. Now I want to cancel and I get crickets.

Aside from the issues they’re having, which I assume are from influx of inquiries or limited customer service agents available, they’re usually very accommodating and helpful so I’m not sure what’s happening within the company currently but it’s having an obvious effect on the front end of their business.

Update: finally got a response and they’re canceling my order. Changed my rating from 2 to 4 stars. Took longer to hear a response than I think is reasonable BUT they’re very accommodating and helpful.

I previously rated TacticalGear.com a 1. When TacticalGear became aware of the problem I had encounter they immediatly resovled the issue to my full and complete satisfaction.

My order arrived on time with everything per my purchase. I have 1 item I would like to exchange for a smaller size, but their server has been down for mote than a week now and they are on the cloudflare network same as hibid auction which was down all last week until Sunday.

STAY AWAY! Charged my card when i ordered 2 items (TacticalGear.com Order #3818574 / Vergara) I received one item but not the other. I have since ordered the other item and received it already. I would just like my money back for the second item at this point. I've tried for over a week calling them but not the system is down etc. etc. etc.. STAY AWAY

Tactical Gear Scam!! I placed an order on Sept 12th and they fulfilled half of the order and have now disappeared off the face of the earth. Their telephone recorded response states that they are having technical difficulties which it has stated for over a week. Emails are responded to in a auto reply that states they are having technical difficulties. I assume this sham company is long gone with their customers money. Stay away!!

I placed an order September 26th and like everyone else I’ve not received a response from them! They immediately took my money from my acct but now they’re MIA I guess😡 Have tried calling and clicking on their website but it’s not in service at all! They have a voice mail message on their phone and I’m beyond frustrated and just want my money back!! I will be filing a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau today. Also asked them on their Twitter page when will their site be back up. Another person had also tweeted that question to them. I never got a response😡

Update 10/7/2021 I received a full refund from tacticalgear.com, along with an email from Christina in customer service.

I ordered a pair of Salomon boots on 9/26. The payment was taken from my card soon after. I have yet to receive any indication that my boots have shipped. My efforts to contact tactical gear.com have been futile. Their website has been down for a week, along with their customer service phone lines. I have always received great service from this company in the past. I would appreciate some information about my order, or a refund.

Due to an outage beyond the control of tacticalgear.com my order was not processed. This was disappointing as I was anxious to recieve my order. However tacticalgear.com staff, Christina in particular, did make certain my money was refunded. Will try ordering again and hope all goes well. Thank you Christina.

I’ve been trying to make contact with the company regarding anissue with my order for the past 48 hours. Note there wasn’t a message or anything prior stating the site would be down for any reason. Apparently the site is down and the only resources are via phone (when I call apparently there is always a company meeting) or email (no one has gotten back to me.). This is the first and last time I order anything from this company. A so terrible customer service all around.
