The more I use it the more features I uncover . While we have done little OA in the last years,some of our main replens have come from Tactical and we cannot have more thankful for this software! Absolutely the best OA software in the market. Best part is , it’s always improving!!

Signed up for the free trial but no instructions on how to use site. Lots of unfamiliar buttons which is very confusing. Tried to do a scan which seemed to go on for days (unlike Source Mogul that is very quick) and it returned nothing.

Tried to contact their 'help' which states "typically replies in under 2h" initially they replied that they cancelled my free trial. When I mentioned that I was actually looking for help they failed to reply (nothing from them in 36 hours).

Would suggest going elsewhere as they are clearly useless

Just learned that my review was reported as scam. Just because you have an unhappy customer doesn't mean its a scam! I paid your company 1043USD for not being able to use your software so to me its a very legit amount of money that I lost for no reason and Julie S who I wrote about my situation advised that only current month refund will be given (which was charged on that same day as I finally heard back). And I dont know how to contact the person reporting it directly but I used all option I could find, which included contact us form on the website few times and never heard back but money kept disappearing from my account. If you buy a real product in the store you cant use or not satisfied with you can surely return it, I'm having difficulty understanding why this subscription is any different.

Signed up for trial and couldn’t figure it out, spent few days but it was very difficult and no good results for Canada so I never used it again. They charged me for full membership for few month after, I tried contacting them few times to help me cancel the subscription but no response. Finally I heard back and they canceled it for me but refused to give any refunds for the past month that I was charged and never used it. They dont even care about my experience as a customer and only care to keep my money. Will never use them again. Thieves!

TA is the bomb.

Has the best support staff. Easy to use. Has a great community on Facebook.

For my business, it's used to make my life easier. From product research to finding actionable leads, it's the best tool imaginable.

While it sounds cliche, TA has changed my life. In the "old days", we'd hunt and peck around websites, copying and pasting data trying to find a couple of items in hours of work. Now, TA gets me tons of leads while I sleep. Of course you have to review them and of course you need to be comfortable making buying decisions, but the grunt work is done for you and at a scale not previously possible.

Love love love this software. It has completely changed my business. Before I was finding products manually and it would take forever. I wouldn’t find the best listings to put them on so I was essentially wasting my money. I have found over 400 products and counting using this that I have sold on amazon. Month over month my business keeps growing. The price paid is more than worth it!
