High quality hand printing
I have been following Grey Jam Press since Pick Me Up design festival. After seeing their prints, I knew I had to use their service. The range and calibre of clients emphasised this. Recently, I placed an order for a run of t-shirts and stickers for my brand. I was extremely impressed by the quality of the hand printed products, and they arrived promptly.
i would stay well clear of Greyjam
i would stay well clear of Greyjam, poor communication (basically none - refuses to answer email and deletes any comments on instagram) They have no loyality. After 22 days of purchase i recieved a email saying they had difficulties and would recieve my goods by the end of the week. 26 days later and i still haven't recieved any of my goods or a response to my complaints.
Jerked around for months, forced to ask for refund.
I placed an order for stickers for their "7-10" business day turnaround and was made to wait upwards of 3 months. Weeks would go by with no response, they never answered their phone
Intermittently I would be assured that my order would be printed and that tracking numbers would be sent - but nothing.
Finally after 4 months I was forced to file a payment dispute which they tried to weasel out of.
Their initial interaction and product offerings were so nice in the beginning - what a shame it was all a swindle.
Stay far far away from this "company."
They are screen printers by trade
They are screen printers by trade, but I purchased some of their blank stock hoping to use it myself. I realized that they're busy people, after a week went by I tried contacting them through 3 different platforms, but it seemed like they was actively ignoring me. After a month passed without any response I had to claim my money back.
