Like them - I ordered a specific case - then received the wrong one. on 7 occasions they have said they will send the correct one and NEVER do.

I don't expect I will ever see my $$ again.

PLEASE do NOT buy anything from these crooks.
They are dishonest cheats and they will take your money and send you any old crap!!!!!! Then waste your time by saying they will send you the right item and NEVER do................. trying to get to get the problem sorted has seen me try and sent 18 emails so far to get my phone case that i paid for. They just hope you go away and forget the bad ordeal.........

I brought 2 brand new headset. At first I only receive one, and it is an used item, incorrect model.

I filed a complain and they replied quickly and said will send me the right item.

Today I received another used wrong model headset from them again.

Ordered a leather case for my iphone 12 mini. Product was delivered 3 weeks later than adverised. I'm also not sure, if it is really original Apple, probably not. Support told me, delivery times vary due to Covid19. But that was clear before the advertising was done. So, delivery times are a fake.

Ordered Plantronics mic. Its not original but a fake. Very poor quality. Two weeks ago requested return and refund, still no news.

The Products are all replica.
Max product wasnt functional, so i ordered a replacement. The „Service“ told me to send a new one.
Over three months of waiting and asking the „Service“ no replacement arrived.

Do not buy from this company!! I ordered what was advertised as a genuine Apple leather case for my iPhone 8. What I got 4 weeks later in the post was a fake plastic case and they are refusing to acknowledge any emails or contact I am attempting to make with them to try to get a refund. This company is a scam, do not buy from them. £30 lost, I just wish I looked at the reviews before I placed an order.
People should be made aware of this company!

Paid for premium & got a cheap imitation!!! Paid for a case 40 euro, advertised as a genuine premium Samsung case.
What they sent me was a cheap plastic no-name!!!

I ordered a spigen tough armor for a galaxy note 4, and what arrived 3 weeks later was a flimsy piece of plastic for a completely different phone.
Despite my constant chasing, all I ever recieve from them are emails stating that they will consult with the warehouse to get to the bottom of the issue.
5 attempts now, and this has been going on for over 3 months.
Do not use these people. It's a scam and I've been caught out.

I purchased a Platronics mobile bluetooth but received a Samsung bluetooth I contacted them several time and was always promised that the warehouse would send me the correct one 4 months later still not recieved my item a terrible company to deal with once they have your money they will do what they want keep clear

I would give zero stars IF I COULD. They sell counterfeit goods and charge higher than original prices. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Ordered LG brand headset, order confirmation also showed LG branded headset ordered. Item ordered 2/5/2021 and arrived on 3/02/2021, 3 days before 30 day return window ended. Item received was counterfeit and of very poor quality. A quick search if ebay shows the same knock off LG headsets going for $5. First and last order from this place. Avoid these guys unless you want to be cheated...

Wrong colour case sent ordered a Baltic blue iPhone case received midnight blue sent numerous emails to seller who said they would sort and send right one it’s been a month since they said this now and the original order came within 14 days so they have lied to me opened a PayPal case and they expect me to ship it back to CANADA from UK absolute jokers!!!!!

Like others, they shipped me an item that did not match the description of what I ordered. The shipped item will not work for my needs. They offered to replace it, after I paid to ship it back with tracking information, costing twice what I bought. Wish I would have checked here first. I dont trust this outfit to actually make good on the correction. Shop anywhere else!

Ordered a Smart iPhone battery case, but that is not what I received. Didn't match image or function of a smart battery case. Company has not responded to my email after a week.

Sent me an iPad mini case that did not fit. No indication on webpage as to models it could not be used for. They even used Targus model name which does fit 5 Gen to mislead me. Full scam and wanted me to pay for return shipping. Do. not order from them!!

On feb 3 i bought an item as illustrated & advertised clearly on their website as ‘iphone 7 smart battery case’ with the pic of the real apple genuine product, upon receipt of the product on feb 11, it was a totally different item which is the ‘general battery case’ with no brand...very sad. Emailed customer service and they claimed they didnt put in the item as ‘apple smart battery case for iphone 7’ but generic one. If u think my statrment is wrong, u may browse the site to verify the item as advertised...it actually shows the apple genuine case with pic to the left, with exact narration/description provided similarly at apple store about the product at the bottom of the page. Bought it so expensively at usd65 for a generic battery case? Truly disappointing. It’s their mistake and i am required to pay return shipping cost if i decide to do so. What a crap...truly bad reputated store. Totally felt cheated.
