Should not even be 1 star! I ordered a mini laser engraver a month ago. Same issue... Got a tracking number, but when I went to look up my order it said it doesn't exist!

COMPLETE SCAM!. I ordered kitchen cookware and It never arrived. I tried contacting but got the same message as others - I must have given wrong address.

Beware, they are dishonest scammers!! In December via Facebook I paid for a make up cabinet and was given a tracking number - order went to Croyden. I am based near Nottingham. They investigated and gave me another tracking number - order went to Leeds. They gave me a further tracking number and that order went to Liverpool. Requested refund and now totally ignoring me. DO NOT TOUCH!!

They are fooling you.
You get some crap instead of what you order.

What a rip off ordered a laser engraver and received a childs back pack, contacted company several times they replied that at my expense I should return the item before I could get a refund, never ever use this company they are scammers and the website should be shut down

Does not even deserve one star. A complete scam. They did not send my purchased goods.
After chasing up, they told me to buy from my country! Disgusted with these scammers. Told me this 5 months after my purchase!

Should have a zero ! Item never arrived although said it was posted through my letter box! I bought jewelty table set!!! How could that fit through my letter box! Got same emails over and over and over from some automation called ancy! Got some lovely messages of Becky saying replace will be sent them back to ancy and bother turned up after 2 months of this! Tracking link doesn’t work and no one will let me speak to a manger of get a replacement or refund! Disgraceful! Stole £60 of my daughters own money!!!

This is a total scam. Ordered makeup cupboards and got a cheap ring with the same tracking number. Got in touch to be told in transit. When i demanded a refund they just fob you off.

Iv ordered a multifunction cabinet and i received a ring that doesn't even fit i tryed to contact them and the web page was gone im so angry that i cant even contact them it was £45 dont know how to get arefund

Just read a couple of other reviews and the exact same thing happened to me! Ordered the Japanese make-up cabinet and received some random metal ring thing. Emailed them and they seemed genuinely sorry about the error but then wanted me to send the item back to China at my own cost before they would send me the cabinet. I refused unless they provided me with a pre-paid envelope and insisted they should send me the cabinet straight away as it was their error, but they would not even acknowledge my request and were continually extremely unhelpful.
Beginning to agree with the others that they are scammers. Anyway, I luckily did manage to get a refund after contacting my bank.

I have also ordered the Japanese multifunction cabinet but received a ring. Oh my god. How can I get my money back? I have not heard from them. They are scammers for sure.

This is a front for online scammers selling on social media. I ordered a make-up cabinet and got a crappy ring. I know it was from this order as the tracking number from the email matched the delivery which came from Finsa, Unit 4 Lichfield Road Business Park Aston. Be wary and always pay with PayPal so you can claim your money back. the ad seems to have disappeared from Facebook already but will no doubt pop up again under a different name.
