Totally scam. Don’t buy from them neither from Leroy Merlin.
I bought an equipment in Leroy Merlin website and both Leroy and tabena have scam me.
No information, no replies, no delivery… all scam! Never buy from them!
I did not receive my purchase and never got a response from them despite various attempts to get in contact and despite having paid. Very disappointed
Scam, said I should wait a few days more to receive the product, actually offered a refund, but when I was nice and waiting they just stopped replying. Hopefully people read this before ordering.
Did not check review before ordering. It was a disaster. My order arrived with missed items. Support said that it will be send later. However, after that support stop replying and they remove page to login to your personal account. I wrote a lot of times to support about refund but have no any response from them.
You rick your money when purchase anything there.
got a broken item, sent an email to tabena customer service and dis not hear from them for 3 weeks. complained to Klarna since i chose them as a paying method and they helped me out.
after this, got an istant reply from tabena that they will refund me.
i shop a lot and this level of unprofessionalisam is not easy to find.
horrible! do not shop there.

I ordered from Tabena's finnish site. It seemed like a big scam, since people wrote bad reviews and I shocked - I didn't get any tracking code which seemed weird. I wroted many messages to Tabena and got one answer, but a few days later I got the product. It was actually very fast, which was a nice. I still would not order anything else, unless I wouldn't be sure to get the products. It's a shame that they won't make Tabena work, there is good pieces they are selling.

Like all the other unlucky people who bought from Tabena without reading a review 1st. I had my money taken, no shipping number, no response from emails. 3 weeks later and still no update/ product. Now I have to hope I can get it back from my credit card provider.
