Fantastic experience from start to finish. Pilot Andy very knowledgeable about the Harvard and other warbirds, very engaging briefing and the opportunity to take the controls for a bit when airborne. First experience of aerobatics too and will be back for more!!! Thanks to all at Wacky Wabbit, Ben

Amazing experience.

An impulse buy “Battle of Britain Experience” at Shuttleworth Air Show yesterday, what an absolute thrill! All the team were great, could not do enough to make me comfortable and ensure I got just the best experience. I bought the video on offer too and was very impressed with the quality. If you get the chance, do it! I’ll wear the tshirt with pride too!

Flying from East kirkby in the Wacky Wabbit Harvard I was introduced to aerobatics in a most exhilarating way ! Pilot Andy Goodall was great at keeping me informed of what /why things were happening, I loved it . Highly recommended to anyone who loves aeroplanes! 👍👍 Not forgetting the support team too , thank you all .

I was their first victim of 2024, for the Battle of Britain Experience. Absolutely fantastic, great ground crew and a brilliant pilot, pulling over 3g in the manoeuvres. Definitely a must, in the wonderful Wacky Wabbit. That's all folk's.

I flew the Harvard last Saturday, the dream of many years flying all coming together and certainly a step up from my usual light aircraft. The team were great, very friendly and the aircraft clearly very well maintained. I was one of a number of people who flew that day, though I think I was the only pilot, the others had I believe all signed up for the Battle of Britain experience. Pilot or not you will have an ejoyable thought provoking flight with a great team looking after you. It's my intention to conert onto the aeroplane in the new year through the conversion course offered by the company.

This flight, made all the more special by the excellent tutelage of my pilot Adam, was.........a highlight of my life!
We were really lucky with the weather, which enabled us to go dancing in the fluffy white clouds, like a bird on the wing.
The Harvard is so very accommodating. Really light on the controls, which, I had in my command for the majority of the hour we were flying.
If you're reading this and wondering whether or not to join those lucky enough to fly Wacky Wabbit, don't hesitate.............just do it! You will have the time of your life!

We booked this for my 90 year old father in law as a birthday gift. It was absolutely brilliant and he thoroughly enjoyed it. The co pilot and all the staff were so kind, helpful and chatty. The video is well worth the extra money and is a very high quality product. Would highly recommend all of it. Thank you to everyone involved.

The aircraft is a fantastic example of how things were and opens your eyes to what the pilots of the time had to endure.

I was lucky to have an introductory flight in the Auster flying out from Fowlmere on 26th August.
James was my pilot for the flight and was great at putting me at ease and we talked all about planes during the flight.
I had time to get up close and personal with the Auster before the flight and to take plenty of photos.
A great experience all round and would thoroughly recommend as a first experience of a light aircraft.

I can highly recommend a trip in the Harvard. It's nearly a week on and I'm still smiling from ear to ear!
If you are an enthusiast or just seeking the thrill of flight, the battle of Britain experience will not disappoint you.

From the moment you are welcomed by the ground team (Donny will have you laughing within a minute) to the brief after the flight, I was made to feel very welcome.

David was my pilot for the trip. His skills, knowledge of the aircraft and local area were amazing. Flying from Fenland Airfield, we were able to fly over my home and the Holbeach bombing range. David spotted some basking seals for us to view too which was so lovely to see.

I was given the opportunity to experience "your controls" which was such a treat!

It was a perfect experience, loved every moment of the flight and can't wait till my next!

What a truly AWESOME experience! I booked 40 minutes - not only was I encouraged to take the controls and fly Wack Wabbit myself, but I had the MOST exhilarating aerobatic experience over the Norfolk coast giving anyone below a spectacular display... Still on cloud 9 even now.

Everyone was relaxed, super friendly and David the pilot certainly made sure I got the very best from it.

The on board video is surprisingly clear and well worth the small extra charge, delivered on a USB stick immediately upon landing.

In short, What. A. Day!!!

Absolutely amazing experience, the team made you feel relaxed and welcome. Very good value for money, especially compared to a Spitfire flight! I would definitely recommend flying with them.

Brilliant flight. All involved did a great job. Special thanks to Dan for piloting the plane. Actually learnt things as well as flying in a way I never dreamed of doing. Some of the manoeuvres were quite nerve racking but became more enjoyable as time went on. I would recommend this experience to anyone with the proviso that they would need to be calm and trust in the pilot. Five star day. Family enjoyed the experience and gave full marks to ground crew looking after them.

I just completed a Battle of Britain flight in Wacky Wabbit from East Kirkby. The whole day was amazing and the flight had everything from the chance to take control to exhilarating aerobatics. Dave the pilot kept up a full description of each manoeuvre and ensured I got the maximum out of the flight. Loved it and highly recommended.

I received this flight as a gift and now I know how bloody fantastic it is, I wish I'd known about it before. I had the basic flight booked but upgraded on the day to the battle of Britain experience, basically a flight and aerobatic maneuvers. Dave (the pilot, top guy 😀) did a series of manoeuvres, all the while explaining how a fighter pilot of the day would need to react and what they would need to do to stay alive. Made me appreciate a little more what they had to do.
Loved the whole experience and would definitely recommend it if you get the chance.

Had the experience from East Kirkby and loved it. Did the battle of Britain experience and I thought that it would be gentle manoeuvres given the age of the aircraft, but Dave put the aircraft through a series of manoeuvres explaining how they would be used in a dogfight. Really made me appreciate the effort of the pilots and the effort involved.
Just to finish it off, as we stopped after the flight, the Lancaster taxied close by on the left.
Loved the whole experience and would wholly recommend it if you get the chance.

Had a great morning flying with James in the Auster. The whole experience was very relaxed and informal with plenty of time to take photos of the aircraft (and the Wabbit). James is a total aviation person: Chipmunk owner, airline pilot, display aerobatics and I would have liked to have lingered for longer to talk more but he was never the less a source of interesting stories about the Auster, which is a slightly quirky piece of british aviation history. I loved the fuel gauge in the wing root and the amazing spinning compass! This was a memorable experience which I thoroughly recommend (and the Auster is very reasonably priced!)

I went for the Battle of Britain experience in the Harvard, and what a great day, pilot Nick, and ground crew Kevin were friendly informative and full of very welcoming.
Nick went through the flight details with me, Kevin made sure I was strapped in properly, then -what an experience to be simulating dogfighting in the skies of easter England just like the young men in WW2.
Nick was fantastic with the commentary and the realism for the experience - thank you sir!.
Anyone flying in the Harvard - I would recommend getting the in flight video, as you just do not remember everything that happens in the flight.
