We made a $40,000 USD deposit and lost everything

We made a $40,000 USD deposit with Mesky. Unfortunately, there were major production delays of more than two months after payment was made. Due to these ongoing delays, we decided to cancel the order.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue and clear supporting documentation, our deposit has still not been refunded. Instead of providing a solution, the company eventually blocked all communication with us. We have full records of payments and correspondence to support our claims.

In addition, we were very disappointed with the quality of the samples we received, which did not meet our expectations.

Our overall experience with this company was extremely negative. We strongly advise others to proceed with caution and carefully research the company before placing an order.
