The sunglasses have a defect. They are scratched. I have requested a return 7 days ago, but no response. Terrible customer care

The sunglasses arrived in unacceptable condition — the packaging was completely degraded with mold and humidity, and the lenses felt loose.

Customer service responded quickly and processed a refund, which I appreciate. However, I believe the right solution in a case like this would have been to immediately send a replacement pair in perfect condition, instead of making me go through the refund process and reordering. This added unnecessary work and delay for a situation that was not my responsibility.

I still like the brand and its concept, but this experience left me disappointed and hesitant about ordering again unless processes improve.

I received the glasses and I have to say I was shocked at the quality. The temples and the hinges were very loose, and the overall quality of the sunglasses is terrible, they look and feel extremely cheap for the price you pay. Very disappointed in the quality. Have tried to get in touch with customer service twice to see where my order was with no reply whatsoever as well.

Great glasses, but i’m under the impression that the quality changed throughout the years. I bought the same glasses two years appart and it feels like they feel cheaper now. But still, i mile them very much.

Bought 3 models. Dollin is always nice, had 3 paris already but the other ones feel too cheap. Can be better.

I already had a pair of szade for 3 years and i loved them, so I decided to buy new ones!
Everything is perfect 👌🏼 and I enjoy my new 2 pair of 🕶️

I love the design of the product and the material, it feels smooth to the skin and it doesn't leave a mark on the nose or ears even after wearing them several hours.
I also appreciate the brand's efforts towards ecology! It's really important to me, I like that it is made by reused materials but still is such a qualitative product.

I’ve had 2 pairs of your sunglasses which both had irreparable broken arms, I was offered a refund or another pair, with repeated follow up; no luck.

Just bought a pair of shades. The second day I had them the emblem on the outside fell off the sunglasses. Not worth the $80 I wasted. Recycled Doo doo. No option to add photo to show
