Brilliant support today from Phil. After me trying for over an hour to open the ports on a TP-Link router he successfully found the problem that i had missed and sorted it.

Great service, This being my first system from system q and not being ever so technically minded. I had to speak to technical to help with set up which proved a bit of a nightmare mainly due to my router, we got there in the end, still a few issues to sort but up and running a Special thanks to Phil for all your help

A bit difficult to make contact but once I managed that the service was superb. Changing from a BT home hub to a 4G router running on Three mobile was never going to be an easy job but Phil set to and an hour later we have all the CCTV cameras visible on phones, laptops and PC. Most impressed. The Alien system is very user friendly and simple to use and this level of support is icing on the cake. 5 stars +.

After a somewhat frosty start the tech team did in the end come good.The problem being that i am used to lower quality machines and their dvr`s are upper end.Special thanks to Phill.

Had a bit of trouble setting up I-pad pro to the system. I found Phil from technical very helpful. It's nice to know you have a great product with great technical back up which instilled more confidence in these great designs.

After a recommendation from a friend i contacted this company for advice on a CCTV system.
From start to finish the whole experience was easy.
The staff made me feel at ease and they have excellent knowledge and experience .
The after sales service and technical advice again excellent.
The system was simple to install and the staff simply dialled into my system and set all the parameters and remote viewing.

Our company has been dealing with System Q for a number of years now. The quality of the products are second to none and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. We had a recent battle with port forwarding a Sky router and called the Technical department. Phil Barnes took over and remotely configured the router for us. Saved the day, we now have a very happy client!

we have been a customer of System Q for umpteen years now and whilst we are not a big spender by any means we are always treated as a valued customer and benefit from excellent and attentive customer service as a consequence. all staff that we have encountered have been approachable, friendly and equally as importantly, knowledgeable on the product and professional in approach.

Excellent CCTV supplier, products work 100% right out of the box, their back up technical service is just a phone call away with experienced engineers on hand to answer your problems with in about 20 seconds of calling them. Plus there mobile phone apps for their DVR and NVRs work very well, with extremely few missed connections.

Happy to sell you goods but not so good when goods are faulty. Very poor customer service and when you point it out to them; they simply put you on stop. I spent hours fault finding their equipment because they insisted that goods were fully checked only to find the camera faulty but then extremely slow to replace. Complained that I needed a replacement asap and then was told that i couldnt buy from them again.

15/10/18. The following day after posting the above I was contacted and asked if they provided the missing CCTV screws and reinstated the account, would that make everything better. It would have at least enabled me to install the last camera and purchase spares if necessary. However since that call I havent received anything and so can only assume that the account is also on hold. Strange really when I am reminded that negative reviews jeapordise 30 persons jobs but you cant be that bothered to send 4 screws out. I have now found a much better company to purchase our CCTV equipment from.

Really happy with the service, information and help received.
I spoke to Phil in technical support and he guided me through the majority of the set up. Extreme patience shown by Phil as am a bit of a duffer when it comes to IP. Far happier with complex fire alarm systems.

Our first installation of the ZIP IP range from System Q after using the traditional system for many years. An excellent system very well designed -Technical support from Phil was great and made the system set up using the APP extremely easy - well done System Q a great product

Very poor customer service happy to blame the installer for poor equipment used to buy all our cameras from here and dvr from else we now use the other company for all equipment have far less issues and better customer service this company cost me £2000 in faulty equipment they would not except responsible for, would not touch with a barge pole really look else where not here for quality cctv equipment

Great company, fantastic product and fabulous customer services.
Trade supplier only so can understand the frustration of the general public not being able to deal with them but they are very helpful and will give any enquiries the contact details of a company who can deal with them.

I have to say was very confused by the various negative comments relating to the company System Q and the back up. I have been in the Cctv industry for over 35 years , when Cctv was black and white and we had VHS recorders. I personally have worked for the first major installer of Cctv both as an engineer and as a national account sales manager and over the last 20 years as an independent installer,
Over the years I have tried many suppliers and as a sole trader you need reliable equipment and more importantly reliable back up , for the last 10+ I have used System Q , which is where I start to get confused by some of the reviews. Over the last 5 years I have installed over 20 alien dvr’s and in excess of 300 cameras, over this period yes a couple of hard drives failed and I have probably swooped out 10 cameras but never had any major problems and any I have are sorted out within 24 hours,
I don’t know of any other company that you can ring up at 5.00 , order kit and get it on site the next day at no cost, and it carries your company logo, the sales team are exemplary in particular Lisa and Philip and they know the products . Karl and Philip in accounts are sympathetic to people like me who when you are a sole trader understand the problems we sometimes face.
Personally I think that System Q tick all the right boxes and for someone like me that wants an easy fault free life perfect.....
And after 35 years in Cctv I still get the buzz when you switch it all on and everything works

Been using System Q for a number of years now as an independent installer, always helpful either in sales or in technical and I'm more than happy to recommend System Q. As for the systems I've fitted they've been hassle free and without issue.
