Terrible communication and not so great product
I ordered hand-dyed wool and want to share my experience, mainly around communication.
My parcel failed to deliver due to an address error on my end. I then tried reaching the shop through email, Instagram, and phone (multiple times, over more than a week) with no response at all. The only thing that got a reply was an email where I mentioned I might need to raise a payment dispute with my bank. Only then did I hear back, with an explanation that she'd been traveling and couldn't reach the courier due to the time difference (which didn't really explain why my own messages had gone unanswered the whole time).
Once she did reply, she was pleasant, and said she'd reship with a different, more reliable courier. But then things went quiet again for many days with no updates, which was the most frustrating part of the whole experience. When I raised the communication issue again, the tone turned hostile and unpleasant, which was disappointing given how the exchange had started.
The wool arrived in the end. I ordered bright colours, but what I received looks noticeably faded in comparison, more than I'd expect from normal hand-dyed variation. Still usable, but not what I was hoping for given that I spent 173 Euro.
Responsive communication would have made this a completely different experience.
