Had my first appointment last week at synergy farnworth with bilal and so far im really happy with the plan and treatment weve discussed . Also the receptionist Paige has been so friendly and helpful sorting things for me . Im excited to see the final outcome after my next few appointments . X

The process so far has been excellent everything was explained clearly took finance out to cover the treatment awaiting appointments now to start my treatment highly recommend staff and service provided so far..

I have had a dental referral to the Synergy, Waters Meeting Practice, Bolton. They received the referral on 6th August. I contacted them today 17th August as the referral is not being shown as accepted. I spoke to a very rude receptionist called Kim. From the second she answered the phone she displayed a ' Couldn't Care Less' attitude.Her attitude and telephone manner were atrocious. She curtly informed me that there are 1500 people on the waiting list and my wait would be at least 6 months. I have worked in jobs dealing with people face to face all my life. I know how to deal with people in a correct and courteous manner. Kim displayed none of these attributes and I would be ashamed if she worked for me.

The award winning Synergy Dental Clinic on Central Drive in Blackpool called me in first to do a dental clean then again a few weeks later to do a gum clean.

However the front of my teeth are still stained. I can not understand why they didn't spend a couple of minutes to remove the stains on the front of the teeth which are clearly visible to everyone.

I did call to raise the issue but they were unable to accommodate me.

Amazing from start to finish

I'm a very nervous person when it comes to dentists . I panic before I leave my home knowing I'm going to one.but here they made me feel really relaxed let me choose to have sedation as having to have 3 teeth removed at one 1 including my wisdom tooth and 1 big molar I was terrified.... on the removal day my wife couldn't come in with me which she goes everywhere with me due to social anxiety they made me feel comfortable and at easy talked me through it before I was on cloud 9 and I didn't even feel a thing lol (my future way of getting my teeth removed) lol after they called my wife who helped me get home safely...over all my care, staff and the dentist,were excellent and well recommended

Lovely staff at the Preston surgery. The dentist Mr Patel was great & Tanaya the receptionist was very helpful & pleasant.

Thank you so much for your exceptional kindness and patience during my daughter's recent visit. You made her feel so comfortable, even managing to elicit a giggle or two. Your gentle approach truly turned a potentially daunting experience into a positive one. We are very grateful for your wonderful demeanor and excellent care.

Couldn’t have had a better experience for a painful tooth. I was referred from my dentist and within 24hrs I had an appointment. The dentist was absolutely amazing and kept me calm throughout the extraction. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone.

My son has Autism and hates the dentist. I was absolutely dreading his appointment as he needed several fillings. The dentist and the staff put him at ease straight away. He actually had a brilliant experience and didn't get upset once. Thank you so much to everyone

I was really nervous going to the dentist,but here at synergy they make you feel very relaxed and at ease.I would definitely recommend I'm very happy with the treatment I've had and continue to have very friendly staff and fabulous service 😊

I’ve visited this dentist for the very first time and the staff are very welcoming …the dentist himself was extremely knowledgeable and listened carefully to my concerns etc … he advised me very professionally on future treatments and I just think these days sometimes this level of service is hard to find so my personal experience was A***

I was a referral from my dentist and was unsure what to expect, the staff were so helpful it was very efficient and the dentist was so good and explained everything he was going to do, I thought id have to go back but they did the job there and then 5** from me .

I am with the Padiham practice and recently had to have a replacement denture. From reception, to the xray, to the fitting, all the staff were wonderful. Special call out to Laura the receptionist who always goes above and beyond to give the best service, and to Dr Ujala, with Nurse Anisa, who were both incredibly patient, very informative of the processes and got the replacement made and returned extremely quickly. Many thanks and appreciation to you all.

Just had my 6month check up at Synergy in Little Lever and all fine! I don't worry about visiting the dentist anymore. Kala is lovely and gives great advice and everyone is so friendly! See you again in 6 months 😊👍

Its been alonger journey than I was expecting but from my first visit with you I felt really comfortable i av been made welcome each visit all the staff receptions have all be been friendly and polite made my journey a lot easier thank you

Even though I was 10 min late due to traffic they still seen myself.
I am a nervous around dentists and they are calm and understanding.
