Poor service, deleted my review on their site
I received a defective pair of boots and was told to return it I'd have to pay for the shipping, which would make the actual refund negligible. Even with pictures the best they could do was a gift card for around half the value.
I then left a review with pictures of the actual product on their website, only for it to be deleted. They only allow positive reviews on the site, giving buyers a false sense that the products are better than they are.
Overall, it's the same cheap Chinese stuff (not Korean or Harajuku-Tokyo as advertised) you can find on many other sites and ebay for 90% cheaper. Definitely avoid giving them your business.

Long processing, but arrived fine
I ordered a printed sweater in size S. I was able to get 20% off with an online discount code and shipping was free over a certain price. There were problems with the factory production that resulted in it taking over 2 weeks to ship out instead of the promised 7-10 days, but once it shipped out, it arrived in a very timely manner and is a quality product.
