I oredered a pair of glasses a week ago and still have not received it. I uderstand that the delay could happend bacause they are being shipped to Europe, but I am unable to track them via the website, as I can not access it.

I have purchased a pair of glasses on November 30 last year and not only I’m still waiting on them to be delivered but also I have contacted customer service for an explanation and they did not reply anything at all. This is a total scam and I want my money back

Got an email to review this product…

Got an email to review this product twice. Have not received it yet. I didn’t review product when the first email came around because it hasn’t come yet (they actually sent the review request the same day item was shipped) but now that they sent it again I guess I will. You guys might want to wait longer before sending a request for the review.

Never received my order and when I try to track it it says something went wrong.. it brings me to blank webpage I have emailed and not heard back and at this point I feel like I have been ripped off. Wish I could get a response..

Really really bad

Made my order on 6.december. The order was confirmed but never shipped. Tried to get in touch with the company's contact team, Instagram and got no response. Have no idea what is going on with my order or where is in?
UPDATE: It was been almost 2 weeks still no response, and no refunds. Seriously don't buy from this company.

Order never arrived, no customer service

I ordered my glasses way back in November 4th and I still have not received my order. I emailed three times to follow up on the status of my order since the tracking number indicates that its in transit but it has been over a month and a half since I ordered. The company DID NOT reply to any of my emails. I think I just lost my $35 that I paid for the glasses. I have zero hope that I will ever receive my order. Its a SCAM, read other people's review as well, many people have been scammed like me and never received their order

Not received

Ordered the glasses on the 30th November, after receiving the confirmation email I had to wait 2 weeks to get some other information about the whereabouts of my glasses. Even then I only got a message that it was dispached, but the tracking site has not been update since then. The 10 days obviously have passed already. I have also contacted them through email twice (once I got a response, for the second one I'm still waiting for) through instagram and facebook as well. Don't know what happened to my glasses, don't know where they are... Feels like I through out $16 out of the window, very disappointed.

Skeptical...

I had checked trustpilot prior to purchase and despite several bad reviews I took the chance as I wanted to support a Canadian company. However, it’s been 8 days since I made my purchase, no tracking number, no indication of when the glasses will arrive. It’s a shame. It as they say, when something is too good to be true it probably is.

Update:

It is now Christmas Day. I’ve tried contacting customer service and no response. I think that starting away from this site is your best option. Definitely too good to be true. Thankful that I’ve only lost 22$ as I doubt I will be receiving anything.

not worth it

they did not respond to my emails and I never received my shipment.
since they did not reply to my emails I find this an example of awful customer service and I have yet to receive a refund for this mishap.
