Waited 3 months (ordered in Jan and it’s April now and constantly asking for updates) when they decided to tell me that the package was lost. The two options the gave me both said I’d have to cover the shipping cost and a supply fee of the lost item.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
They do not honor their return/exchange policy and will insist on you keeping the product that you cannot use and that they give you less than 10% of what you paid. Do not buy from this store.
Not a good experience.
Not receiving an item I paid for on-line. With a lot of excuses from their end, I ended up filling a dispute through PayPal. Order Confirmation 13th October ‘25, somewhere in the United States, I finally received what I paid for 15th December ‘25. Price wasn’t really worth all the ups and downs.
Easier if they just shipped what I legally paid for in the first place. Disappointed!!
