Symphonicms Don't Pay Money, Scammers. No paga
Hello,
The worst part is they deleted my account, but the songs are still online, and they're making money for them.
I've been with Symphonicms for many months.
When I reach the payment threshold, they send me an email saying I have two songs from someone else (false).
I reply, while I'm switching everything to a distributor, they closed my account and kept my money, these thieves.
They waited 5 days before paying me, after almost a year with them, to act this way and steal.
So, please, you know what these people are up to.

They did me dirty by accusing me…
They did me dirty by accusing me falsely of violations but not stating the violation. It all seems sinister. Did Spotify ever tell them I was flagged for excessive fake streams? My Spotify account doesn’t show that. My streams are not excessive. Most of my songs are under 1000 streams! And they're all my songs written by me and copyrighted.
It could be this instance as noted in my video I put in my social media? They don’t state the violation in their email!

This email from them they don’t even allow a response that gets a reply. I quote a few sections. Be wary of them!
“ Symphonic's Trust & Safety Team and/or one or more DSPs has detected account irregularities, DSP policy circumvention, and/or other forms of improper activity with regard to your Symphonic Starter account(s).
Such improper activity is strictly prohibited, and violates the Starter Terms & Conditions and the terms of usage of Symphonic's services.
This communication serves as notice of termination of your Starter accounts) and services. Effective immediately, access to your account(s) and Symphonic's services is revoked.”
“ Takedowns: Symphonic has issued takedowns of any and all Client Content associated with your Starter account(s).
Royalties: Royalties that are suspected or deemed to be the result of improper activity are not paid, this includes content which possibly infringes on third party copyrights.
Given the determination of improper activity associated with your accounts), you are not eligible to collect any further Royalties.
Due to the volume of communication that Symphonic receives, this message will be our final communication to you concerning this matter.”
All my many songs, time, money and effort to release them thrown away because of false accusations!
My response to Symphonic’s response:
What a bunch of nonsense! You want me to present evidence when I have no clue what the claim or violation is? You clearly stated you won’t be discussing anything with me if I attempted to respond. Let it be known I have proof of copyright of all my songs! I have been enjoying writing sings since a child and joined songwriting groups knowing how to protect my songwriting! I don’t know what Symphonic’s actual claim of violation against me is but I spoke with Spotify and did they flag you that I was a concern? No, they did not. You can contact me to provide copyright if you are making false violation of copyright as I wrote every melody and lyric of every song I have released! No one has ever claimed I did any infringements and if they should in the future they’d be wasting their efforts because I have no fear as all my songs have copyright registrations. The only people investigating an issue was Musixmatch, trying to figure out why the original albums are not showing in their system for the songs on the compilation albums. Are you penalising me because of this? Why? This is a fault nothing to do with me. Why are the original song albums not in their system if they’re included on a compilation album? I want my original albums to show. I wanted to add lyrics to a song but couldn’t as it didn’t exist in their system but it exists on Spotify and Apple Music. So I contacted Musixmatch and they investigated why the original albums included in the compilation aren’t showing. Is that a violation against me? You said there was a discrepancy on UPCs. I don’t issue the UPCs. I issue my own ISRCs. You tell me what violation that caused you to do me so dirty like this! Shame on you and your dreadful way of handling your FALSE accusations against me!
Please Note: Take down my songs like you said you were.
New reels and videos about Symphonic and Spotify are on my instagram @yayravenuk and my YouTube channel @yayraven. Symphonic left 3 releases up (out of nearly 120 releases) on Spotify. Why? Remove all of my songs, Symphonic, just like you said you were!
TURN OFF the Content ID. You are the only one benefitting from my videos on YouTube! I don’t want you making money off of my songs!
Please also remove yourself from my music videos off the video streaming platformstoo! Should they be now for your sole benefit after you’re pocketing all my royalties? That’s theft in my opinion!

Symphonic is a cut above every other Music Distributor
Symphonic is a cut above every one out there in the Music Distribution field, I have used 4 and the others really do not give a hoot and take so long to approve our songs and therefore taking money from artists when the listening is at it's most on initial release. Not Symphonic we get paid way quicker than any other distributor and they do have prompt service and replies to queries. As a music distributor I love Symphonic.
