actually no stars at - they took in total £17.14 and still not received my goods - trying to get my money back is a nightmare and 3 weeks later still no goods.
going via paypal now or may even need to ring my bank for a refund - this is a total scam

Bought a Pilates bar weeks ago, initially they took more money out than authorised. I’m not sure how they even done it as it was more than showing on the payment page - only noticed when going through my bank statement , and better yet I never received my product. I’ve tried chasing this up with this and get an automated response every time. Complete waste of money

Great everyday tee. Washes well not to thin not to heavy.

Do not use this company. Ordered a foot file which said it was £22.42 but then they took £26.90 out of my account! The file arrived which doesn’t work and was missing the spare parts I’d ordered. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Ordered pilates bar, total charge £14.28 press to order! Pressed to order only for them to take £17 from my bank? Over 2 weeks on delivery with no updates! Received order but no video? Customer service is shocking? Bonus I received it at all as thought I'd been scammed altogether? I usually check reviews first but saw a friend had ordered so thought was an ok site! Please be careful when ordering I think I was one of the lucky ones to receive it at all,all be it being overcharged.

I ordered some items for my holiday in July they said it was delivered but it was not I asked for refund and am still Waiting nearly 2 months later each time I get in touch with them I keep getting fobed of with excuses I would not recommend this company to anyone

No Star in this case. What a joke. I ordered the Waist Twisting Message and Exercise Balance Board. It hardly moves and the cheapest chattiest thing I have seen. Do not buy one of this company!!!!

Now the challenge is trying to get my money back. It was supposed to cost £14.28 look at the transaction below they don't tell you Vat is not included in the quoted price

Actually I would give no stars at all. Total scammers, pretended to deliver 3 times and I was home on each occasion and they hadn't tried at all! Please avoid this company!
Update- the goods were delivered finally on 6 September but too late for me as I had ordered from a different supplier.

Appalling service and they took more money than they should have. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this Company. I will never order from this company again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else uses them

This shirt is great. It was true to size and the color was spot on

I ordered a Pilates bar which i saw from an ad on Facebook, it was on offer and was the cheapest around when looking at other providers, i placed the order and their website stated I could get shipping insured for 0.20, so I added it on

The total order on my invoice was around £13

However when they took the money they withdrew around £17!

I immediately contacted them and said I wished to cancel the order as my invoice and actual money taken was two different amounts and I now didn't trust any of this was legitimate

That's the bad part

However, I immediately had a reply back saying the usual, no refund as already been shipped and the extra money taken was for shipping insurance but they would refund me for it

True to word a few days later I had the refund back into my account

I had delivery updates every step of the way and the item turned up in 6 working days

So all in all, can't complain too much!

One star is too many and I would rate 0 is that was an option. My recommendation is avoid this company at all cost. I ordered a Waist Twisting Message and Exercise Balance Board which was £9.99 plus shipping cost, when I added to the shopping cart and confirmed a pop up appeared stating there was a discount. Clearly everyone loves a discount. The company charged me twice both very different amounts. Luckily I always pay via paypal. I quickly emailed the company to advise them and cancel both orders due to their dodgey website. Response given within 2 minutes was the item had been shipped and unable to cancel. Dreadful experience. A week later no products and no response to my emails.

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Sent an invoice for one amount and then took mor emoney from my card. No response to emails. Still chasing

Do not use this company it’s a scam they have taken my money for a battery operated foot file and I haven’t received it had a couple of emails asking me to pay a small shipping fee!!!!! and then they would send ANOTHER one bearing in mind the first one didn’t arrive I asked for my money back to no avail DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Do not buy from this company, I ordered a pedicure tool and was delivered faulty... the charger would not charge. I sent emails and video showing fault. I paid £15.99 and when they started to ignore my emails finally took compensation of £3.50, which was all they ever offered. This is obviously common practice for them as I received 2 other emails meant for other customers with faulty goods and they were also only being offered £3.50!!

Ordered a Pilates Bar on a discount with offer of free videos and a 30day challenge.
This took over 2 weeks for delivery and when I asked about the free videos, I was told to look on YouTube!! Rather order on Amazon for quick delivery. I do not recommend them.

I ordered a pedicure tool which I received, however, it didn't work as the charging cable was faulty. I emailed and they wanted the order number. They then wanted a video of the product Not Working????I sent a picture. They then said it was the warehouse that wanted the video? I wouldn't bother buying anything from them again.

I checked my order on the website and it showed after 4 days it was still being sorted in the warehouse so I requested to cancel my order. Then they say its been dispatched, they have given me just over £2 back on some kind of insurance I don't remember taking out, but can I get the rest of my money it would seem not!!! They have now also blocked any messages I send them in regards to my remaining money they have!!!!

They have advertised £9.99 for each product if you order three and I ordered the item but I have charged full price for 3 £59 and ONLY RECEIVED ONE OF THEM. I sent many e mails to inquire full refund or at least sending other 2 items I ordered . They didn't help or solve the problem. STAY AWAY. COMPLETE SCAM.

Parcel delivered by Evri to the wrong address. This was after the tracking said the parcel was in customs for a week and then it changed to delivered 2 week previous! Not sure how that works.
The customer service at Symmetrye has been appalling. They refuse to contact Evri to help and have told me to contact Evri myself.
Evri told me the seller must contact them. Between the two I don’t know who is the most unhelpful. Would not recommend shopping here. I’m now out of pocket and no one will help.
