Terrible experience with bag ETRO
Terrible experience with bag ETRO. After a while, the hardware fell off. If you look closely at the photos, you can see there were no screws—it was a manufacturing defect.
I contacted the store; at first, they ignored me.
Then, they offered to repair it and replace the hardware in Kyiv.
I told them they needed to contact the manufacturer, because I didn't want just any random hardware on an Etro bag.
They gave me the runaround for a long time.
First, they asked for a video of the bag; then, they wanted the code and serial number visible. I did all of that.
I waited.
The bottom line: they sent replacement hardware, but it was the wrong size—too small. It was impossible to install on the bag; it was just too small—some kind of knock-off part.
It was unbelievable. One moment they’d say Etro had replied to them; the next, they’d say Etro wasn't working until September.
I happen to know that it’s Ferragosto right now and nobody is working, so why were they lying to me?

The wide range of products is impressive, and the ordering and payment process is simple and straightforward. I also appreciated the eco-friendly packaging. The only downside was the shipping, which took a little longer than expected, even though the estimated delivery time was clearly stated on the website. On the positive side, the customer service was very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the process.

Not sure if this webshop is indeed legit?
I saw many sold-out anywhere else products on this webshop with reasonable price. But the shop seems to be in Ukraine which is not in EU and operates in Czech? Anyway a not-known webshop to me. So I decided to first contact the customer service, for the questions on the products, also to see if the shop is legit. But I contacted the customer service twice, one thru their online contact form, and the other via the email. No response whatsoever. This makes me almost certain not to buy anything from them..

Very disappointing experience with this website. Their customer service is extremely poor and they show no real care for their customers. Delivery takes 8–10 business days, which is by far the slowest compared to other online stores.
What is even worse is their complete lack of responsibility when a package gets lost. They do not provide any clear deadlines for when they will officially declare the shipment lost or when the refund process will begin. Instead, they constantly shift the blame to the courier company and claim they are “waiting for a response.”
The customer is forced to personally contact the courier service just to move the process forward and get any final answer. It’s nothing but excuses without any real action.
At the end of the day, the customer has a contract with the website and pays them directly. Which courier company they choose is their responsibility, not the customer’s problem. Real professionals take responsibility, offer fast solutions, and provide compensation when they truly care about their customers.

Purchase went out smoothly, reliable website
My husband kindly bought me a bag on that website, and it all went out smoothly 🙂 It was a « The Row » bag and that leather and color was sold out everywhere, so I’m super happy. 😊 The bag is exactly what I expected, based on the pictures on the website. However, I wish they would send confirmation emails. We didn’t get a confirmation email after the purchase. Everything has to be checked on the user account on the website. We only got an email from the delivery company the day before they delivered the package.
