Things went perfectly smoothly, I was just ordering a very small item.
However I would like to say as a “GO” owner that everyone at Sylvan Sport I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with has been pleasant, kind and professional. A top notch company with great products!

The promise of a replacement tent due to star gazer windows is super encouraging and makes it easy to recommend the SylvanGo to others who show interest at campsites. I await further notice.

User friendly website for shopping and purchasing.
Found that the air mattress had a slow leak after trying it for 2 nights. I contacted SylvanSport and setup an exchange. I tried the replacement mattress for a night and it worked fine.

The experience of researching my options and getting questions about the product answered went very smooth... shortly after posting a question about the product I got a phone call that made me feel very comfortable with wanting to make a purchase. The purchase process went very well and the product shipped right when they said it would. The only problem is that the product I received was not what I had ordered due to a manual process at the factory. Despite this, I contacted the manufacturer and explained the problem and they resolved the problem to my satisfaction. I got the parts to add all the options I originally ordered. They were very apologetic about the mistake and worked to make sure I wasn't left hanging. I would buy from SylvanSport again.

While ordering a replacement tent online, the website issued an error message after I entered and submitted my payment information. I then resubmitted my order three additional times with the same result. I later checked my credit card account and saw that all four payments had been processed. I had to "hotcard" my account and am now awaiting a new credit card.
After window failure and this issue, I'll have to be convinced as to why I should recommend a GO.

No reply was received. 2 stars because perhaps 5 days isn’t too long for that group.

Service Department addressed my issue and replaced part quickly

Every thing went well until I tried to pay with a credit card. Your system would not take my credit card. I tried 5 times, with the same response from you, try again. Ended up using my debit card, which went through the first time. Called my credit card company, who told me that there was no problem with my card.

Loved the ease of ordering and the fast shipping. My son loved his birthday gift.
