Let’s get right to the point. It was love at first sight for me! Then I saw the price. No way could a tent be worth that. After researching for about a year, watching YouTube videos, and simply evaluating everything that was important as a camper, I couldn’t resist. I just picked my Go on Friday. I camped in it Saturday. I researched the reviews till I was blue in the face, and I was amazed at all the comments on quality. As high of expectations that I had, this thing exceeded every one of them. If you knew me, mine set the bar at the top.
I recently purchased an inflatable True Kit boat. These two paired together will let me enjoy both of the things my family loves the most without the stress that comes with the two. I towed it back through the West Virginia mountains with my Santa Cruz and never once, on some of the steepest grades, did it ever struggle and the way the trailer handled was flawless.
If you’re on the fence about the Go, do not let the price scare you! In this day and age, to get something built with such craftsmanship, you won’t see anything as well engineered and executed as this beauty. Thank you Sylvan for providing my family with a multitude of options to do what we love!

PS. I went with the all out package. Whatever package you choose, do not leave out the cloud layer sleep system. Amazing!

Experience an issue when trying to order a GOzeebo and light poles online. Called and spoke to Sylvan Sport customer service and they quickly helped resolve the issue. They were friendly and very helpful during the call and the products arrived quickly. Thanks Sylvan Sport!!

The front end sales guy I would give a 2. Can't get people to pick up the phone, emails are eventually answered. Shop techs I would give a 4 or 5.

I had been looking at various types of ways to camp from a vehicle, rooftop tents, car tents, campers. One company I looked at was SylvanSport. So, on a recent visit to NC, I am from MI, I went to the showroom, no appointment, to see the various SylvanSport camping options. I told the salesman that I just wanted to see the products in person hoping it would help me decide how I would camp in the future and that I was not ready to make a purchase. They were still very helpful, answering all my questions and showing me the different products. There was even an impromptu visit to the shop where I saw the Go campers being assembled. I think that is what impressed me the most. I left feeling good about the Go camper and SylvanSport the company. After my visit I had other questions, I called, and the sales staff answered my question(s) or returned my call promptly. After reviewing the various campers & rooftops I decided on the Go pop up camper. I was going to be in NC, so I called and made an appointment. I thought based on our discussions I would make a deposit and pick up my Go in a few weeks or so. To my surprise they had new ones in stock. I purchased the base camper with a couple addons. The sales staff then walked me through the Go setup/take down and they were still answering my questions.
From my experience I cannot think of anything that could have made my purchase experience better. No pressure sales, they concentrated on the product and my needs and concerns. I left SyvanSport feeling good about my purchase. Seven hundred miles home and still felt good.
