Swyftx was my introduction to crypto.
The interface is intuitive and not overwhelming. But gives the option for more detail when you need it or get to that stage.
On top of that, the customer service team were a pleasure to work with when I required them.

I’ve used Swyftx to transfer crypto as payments and to family and friends, I wouldn’t reccomend any other platform, Swyftx is fast and easy, great customer service

Worst crypto wallet I have ever seen in my 13 year’s career in crypto, it is real scam. DO NOT DEPOSIT Any amount money.
On 26th Of December I have deposited 150AUD on mu wallet to check how it works, First I trade and withdraw for another my Wallet, here is what happened. They are disabled my withdrawals, I have contacted to support BUT they are asking 100 screenshots of my another wallet details, As they need to permit all withdrawals manually. Imagine if you deposit 100k, whats gonna happen?

Very helpful and respectful service. When signing up with Swyftx as my SMSF broker, I initially made the mistake of registering with a personal account. Adam from Swyftx reached out and helped me sort everything out, including setting up a compliant SMSF account and transferring the funds correctly. He also took the time to assist with my questions around tax time and the lodgement process. Overall, a smooth experience and great support.

Pay attention to your portfolio value before and after you finish executing, and you will see that Swyftx takes about 1.9% of your total trade value. This is almost 20x higher than Binance fees and much higher than what Swyftx advertise as their fees (which are already excessive).

Swyftx effectively charges you almost 4% for a round-trip (buy & sell) which is pure extortion.

They will hide behind all sorts of excuses ("crypto is volatile", try to fool you with explanations of bid-ask etc) but this doesn't change the fact they grossly misrepresent the true cost of trading on their platform.

Not only do they charge excessive fees, but they also move the price in their favour (check Binance price vs Swyftx next time you trade) with the result being the house always wins and you get suckered with almost 2% fee every time you trade.

I will be reporting this predatory exchange to financial regulators.

Way too much red tape unfortunately. Slowly moved over to competitors as I have found much less required to keep trading. This is for both business and personal accounts. It's a shame, as their interface is great, but the overreach in compliance leaves a bad taste.

I think with cryptocurrency and wallets and everything in-between it can be quite daunting and difficult to navigate at the start. Swyftx as a platform has made it super smooth to navigate and continue to slowly build my small yet intentional crypto portfolio!

The Swyftx support team was able to resolve my issue efficiently and expediently
My issue was endeavouring on many occasions to change my old phone number to update to my new number but the verification code was being sent to my old phone number which I no longer had access to as it was deactivated and deleted.
If you are not technology literate this can be a daunting task and I’m in my mid seventies so not good with technology so I had to rely on my young grandson to assist me get in touch with the Swyftx support team.
The Swyftx support team was also very diligent in ensuring that the assistance i was receiving from my grandson wasn’t a scammer, and I was safe and secure, which I very much appreciated
