If I could give less than one star I…
If I could give less than one star I would. I have made a formal complaint about the significant delays to my order (two sofas and an ottoman) and the way this has been handled. The way the delays have been handled is shocking with even one email response from the team saying this was “expectation confusion” - nice bit of corporate gas lighting instead of just apologising for significantly delaying my order twice (let’s see if the order actually arrives)
I do not trust that Swyft will actually fulfill my order. I paid a significant amount of money for a number of items and that money is being held by Swyft now with non-fulfillment. I chose Swyft because their unique selling point is that they are supposed to be swift - this was is the opposite of swift. If I had gone through one of their competitors I would have had my order by now.
The communication has been terrible - I often receive a text with a reschedule date before I get an email explaining the situation. I don’t want another customer to go through this stress as I’ve had to move around a lot to adjust to the delays including us being left without seating as our old sofas were collected last week.
I am so disappointed in Swyft - I wish I had chosen one of their competitors and I have no faith that they are trying to rectify this situation.

Just had my coffee table arrive
Just had my coffee table arrive. The delivery guys were fab. As advised they called 30 minutes before arriving and were well within the delivery window that was sent last night. They were friendly and professional, unpacked the table from the very robust box and made sure there was no damage. They cleared away all the packaging and tidied up after themselves. The table itself looks amazing. It’s very well built and looks exactly how I’d hoped. I stumbled across swyft on Facebook and bought this table hoping it would be ok!! I’m back on the website for more purchases. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you so much

Waited months for delivery that never came
Waited months for delivery - delivery ghosted me on the day - couldn’t get any help from delivery partner , swyft said they would have them contact me - in the end no one contacted me and I asked for a refund ( to be received ) wasted months on planning for a frustrating end

The whole experience has been excellent.
I visited the store on Upper Street in London, and was helped by an excellent sales assistant called Daisy; she was knowledgeable, engaged and very professional. Daisy also had good creative ideas about the 2 sofabeds I was ordering, and had input into colours and textures when I showed her photos. Only 5 days later the sofabeds were delivered by Dean and Trevor (I think), they were quick and efficient, but I had not realised I could pay extra to have them assembled. They were unable to help due to time constraints, but advised me to call customer services - I was helped by another extremely engaged and professional woman called Mariana. Dean and another guy arrived the following day to assemble. The whole experience has been excellent. I have been very impressed by all aspects of customer service and will certainly recommend to friends.

Had an issue with the delivery estimate, but Silindile from customer service, was excellent. They tracked the issue down, resolved it, monitored it for me and updated me. First class!
Oh, and the actual furniture we ordered was great too! Very pleased.

Ordered a model 08 sofa bed and…
Ordered a model 08 sofa bed and mattress topper at 3pm on Monday with the white glove service. Excellent communication and the sofa bed was delivered, put together and boxes taken away by 11am on Tuesday. Excellent quality and comfortable. Well worth the money and will use SWYFT again.

Quality stylish chair and amazing customer service
I'm so pleased with the sofa bed chair. Firstly, it took me by (pleasant!) surprise when the delivery guys offered to unpack it and take away the boxes. Secondly, it was so easy, sold and well made to put together. It feels like a really solid, quality piece that also looks fab. I also wanted to mention how impressed I was with the prompt and friendly customer service when I had to make changes to delivery addresses and times.

Very happy overall
We paid for the setup and packaging removal. The guys were very friendly and swift at putting it together. The quality of the sofa bed is good. It’s quite firm - even with the topper. That suits some of our guests more than others. Definitely not as comfy as a bed but much better than what we had before. It can be a bit difficult for our older guests to try and get out the bed part on their own as it’s quite heavy.

Great Sofa & Great Service > Small QC Issue
We ordered a sofa from Swyft that arrived with a minor quality control issue. I spoke with Jack through the online chat function on the website and was pleasantly surprised to hear he was UK based. He was extremely helpful and got the issue rectified immediately. He then kindly followed up with an email which was a nice touch. A Great Sofa and great customer service out ways a small QC issue. Really pleased with my dinning chairs. Always a bit of a gamble buying online. The chairs arrived on time and are really good quality and very comfortable. Slightly more expensive than others I’d seen but come with no assembly required and feel good quality so worth the price

Severely disappointed in Swyft
Severely disappointed in Swyft. We purchased a sofa and ottoman (model 02) from them less than a year ago, since then we have required 3 repairs because the stitching just keeps coming apart.
I did a trust pilot review previously and gave them 2 stars and they said they’d be in touch, they haven’t been.
Their response times for service queries by emails are quite long and I’m now deeply regretting purchasing from this company.
I’d seriously recommend using a different one, as the quality of their sofas is evidently extremely poor
