Fast Delivery, Fast set up - comfy sofa!
I ordered the Model 02 in Teal, and the Sofa arrived just 2 days later! I live in an apartment with narrow doors and stair case and this easily fit! Set up took 15 minutes and is super comfy and feels high quality!

Easy to order and arrange delivery
Easy to order and arrange delivery. Kept updated throughout the whole process including a courtesy call half an hour before the delivery was made.
This was a second purchase as we already had the 2 seater sofa and having recently moved had room for a 3 seater. Great product, well made and easy to assemble.

The ordering was very easy, the advisors in the store were not pushy and very helpful. We were kept informed about the date of delivery. Delivery was on time and the two men were so friendly and efficient. They unpacked and took away the packaging. The sofabed was easy to put together and we love it!

Sofa arrived not on time - but a few days early. I got a call asking if i'd like to move my delivery slot up as the sofa was ready. it arrived on time, i was called ahead of delivery by driver to ensure I was home and given a short window - all worked very well - the team came in and set up the sofa in record time, staying to make sure I was completely happy with instillation and positioning. I wouldn't hesitate to buy through Swyft again - Oh and most importantly, the sofa is gorgeous

Avoid. Scam?
Multiple failures!Sofa purchased in January and we are now March 13th. After 2 months, sofa still not delivered - every time due to a different problem. At first, it was a mistake with the stock. Then every time a delivery is arranged (4 times till today), after a few hours it is being cancelled due to boxes being lost/misplaced or capacity in the vehicle is not enough. I have spent days chasing the company to actually deliver what I paid for. Customer service tried to help (you have to talk to the managers though), but clearly there is a problem in communication between them and the logistics company. I paid £2,000 two months ago for a sofa that is promised every week to arrive but never does. My only conclusion is this is a scam. Better buy your sofa elsewhere if you are looking for a reliable service and you actuallu want the sofa to arrive!

Prolonged issues
Multiple orders, multiple failures. I received three damaged items, including a replacement that arrived in worse condition than the original. Bed deliveries were repeatedly delayed, arrived incomplete, or didn’t arrive at all, costing me time off work.
To be fair, Swyft did provide goodwill payments for some of the earlier issues. However, despite this, I have continued to be let down by poor product quality, unreliable delivery teams, weak communication, and unresolved issues. I am now being ignored on emails relating to outstanding problems.
I paid for white‑glove delivery, yet teams were often unaware of what was included or unprepared to assemble items.
To top it off today I got a text confirmation re an item being collected that I never asked to return!
Given the sheer number of issues, I find it hard to believe my experience is such an outlier compared to the overwhelmingly positive reviews. It doesn’t seem realistic that I was simply “unlucky” so many times with both quality and delivery.
I gave Swyft multiple chances and tried to resolve things amicably, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend them at all!

Bad delivery & not great QA
You pay quite a bit for delivery that should have a certain service to be expected. Only delivered 1 half with no idea for the other half which came around 7pm, which the delivery people rubbed the sofa on the way into the house.
The sofa themselves then had marks across them which would have been from storage or something, which isn't something you'd expect for what your buying new.
One of the squares then seem to have padding missing and isnt the same size as the others also.

Dream company, if only all businesses were ran like this one! I was having severe issues with delivering my sofa from another company . Phone call to Swyft and they put me through to the most helpful, professional product advisor Steven His enthusiasm for Swyft and their products was infectious. Beautiful but terrible
The sofa I got was on sale, so the price was significantly less than what they normally go for. Delivery was also quick and the colour and overall design are stunning. That said, they're terribly uncomfortable to sit on - I can't put my finger on it, maybe the cushioning is too hard but I can barely sit through a movie.

It can seem a bit daunting choosing a sofa online without actually sitting on it, but i trusted the reviews and sent for some swatches.
I chose the model 10 chaise sofa and armchair in linen, Pumice.
I could have had my sofa delivered first but decided to wait till the following week so the sofa and armchair would be delivered together. The courier was excellent, I received the 2hr time window the evening before delivery. The morning of the delivery I was able to track my order as they made their deliveries.
The two man team were very helpful and placed the boxes in the room of my choice. Excellent service.
I am so pleased I ordered a Swyft sofa and chair, excellent service from start to finish. The sofa and chair oozes personality and quality. Easy to put together...I do not hesitate to highly recommend Swyft...they are 5*+

Sofa is fine however delivery not…
Sofa is fine however delivery not good, when asked what the delivery conditions were the driver/mate said 'just to deliver'. I'm disabled so I elected to have the large boxes left in the lobby outside flat where my helper could dismantle them. However I've now been told that they should have delivered and unpacked in a room of my choice, it's the first me or my helper has hear of that option. Apart from that the sofa is fine.
