Billing error corrected with no fuss
I noticed a bill to my credit card that was not expected. I called a service representative for support, and he quickly reviewed the prior notes and recognized that the billing was in error, due to a prior filing change that did not go through. He very quickly reversed the charge and started the paperwork to fix the filing.
Going in, I expected a difficult conversation, but the rep made this all very easy.
The service representative deserves major kudos!
