Service isn’t as marketed
Swift Filings markets itself on social media as an affordable, convenient, flat-fee LLC formation service. However, the advertised price appears to be only the initial cost, followed by several additional charges for services required to complete the LLC setup. Throughout the process, there was constant pressure to purchase upgraded services. Even after I canceled, I continued receiving calls from their “partners” attempting to sell additional accounting services. Despite repeatedly explaining that I was not interested, the calls persisted to the point that I ultimately had to hang up on them.
