Invoice payment problems
I still cannot use the default Cayman Gateway Link to pay my bill using a credit card. I have tried several and none of them work. I've used a couple to purchase merch and software from Canada, so I don't think that it's because you are located outside the USA. I also did not know that I could use PayPal without setting up an account there. Yesterday I reluctantly set up a PP account just to pay my SWP invoices, even though I have had problems with PP in the past.
To be sure, this is not a complaint about the staff. They have been quite patient with me. But you need to get your IT guys to figure out what's going on with your Link.
Epilogue: The SWP staff provided me a link allowing me to pay my bill with a credit card through Pay Pal without my having to use the PP account I set up.

We investigated the payment attempts made through the Cayman Gateway link and can confirm that the system is operating normally. The failed transactions were due to 3D Secure authentication checks initiated by the card issuer, not by Cayman Gateway itself.
3D Secure is an additional layer of fraud protection used by many banks for online card payments. In this case, the several attempts did not pass the bank’s verification process. Unfortunately, these security checks are controlled entirely by the issuing bank and are outside our control.
To assist further, we also provided an alternative payment link through PayPal, which does not require creating a PayPal account to complete payment by card. However, similar bank security checks may still apply.
We sincerely appreciate your patience and your kind comments about our staff, who have worked hard to assist throughout the process. We very much appreciate your business and if you have any further problems, please feel to reach out to our customer service team who are ready to assist.

Extrem delay in payout
Hi ,
I want to emphasize that it is essential for me that payments are processed promptly after a sale. This time, I had to wait around 12 days, and the time before that over a month, because the payment either did not arrive or was returned—and I was not informed in a timely manner.
This delay is unacceptable, and I would like to request that your internal processes be adjusted to ensure that customers receive their funds within no more than five business days after a sale. From my experience with other institutions where I store metals, payments are typically completed within two to three days, which is standard practice internationally.
Please treat this as urgent and implement measures to accelerate internal procedures, so that customers can rely on receiving their money promptly. Timely payouts are critical for maintaining trust and confidence.

Delivery.... Ask Questions
Delivery to addresses within the continental United States and Canada is $50 USD flat.... "as stated directly from SWP website" Don't be fooled. Ask questions. Last shipment cost me over $700 for a small delivery request from my existing storage account.

Rush Transfer Completed Flawlessly
I just had to move my Swiss held metal from another bank vaulter due to changes in their terms and conditions requiring future transferred metals to first be sent back to country of tax domination!!! I already has a SWP cayman account but worked with SWP's Sale Manager David Lawson to set up an equivalent Swiss vault account. Due to the time of year we had to move fast and get all the details set up and correct first time. David and the SWP / Loomis team worked promptly, kept me fully informed, and achieved the transfer as quickly as possible.
