I recently purchased the Berserk Guts Sword, and it has exceeded my expectations. The blade is strong, sharp, and features a rugged, military-style design that stands out in any collection. He was genuinely impressed by the sword's quality and design, which speaks to its appeal for discerning collectors.

Purchased a sword over 10 days ago. I enquired to know what was going on. They told me they had no stock of the sword I ordered. However, they had just increased the price of the one I wanted on the website by double!! They stated that I could swap for something else (oh thanks?!) And would give me a mystery bonus gift. This was messaged to me 2 days ago and when I requested more information it has been silent.

I was looking to become a long term purchaser. I now don't trust them.

If you must buy, then check they have in stock first. DO NOT BELIEVE WEBSITE.

Received my sword in perfect condition. The quality is amazing, and the blade is polished beautifully. Customer support is excellent, and delivery was quicker than I expected. Great experience!

Ordered a sword on November 10th. Says on website items will be despatched within 24-48 hours.

November 20th (10 days later!) I messaged them to ask what was happening. They promised it would be despatched and a tracking number provided within 3 days.

It's now November 26th. 16 days after i ordered! Had no further contact, no tracking number. No email. Pretty sure I have been scammed. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I ordered a Final Fantasy Hyperion Gunblade of Seifer Almasy for my son on November 24th, 2023. It arrived on the 29th and was broken. I reached out to swords kingdom multiple times on their website and emailed them using the email they provided me. I never had a response regarding the claim and elevated it to the BBB. Swords kingdom never replied to the BBB either. This Pakistani company ships garbage products that they do not stand by nor will they give you a refund.

THIS COMPANY IS TRASH! I placed an order Dec 12, 2023 for a Christmas present. I chatted in when the package had not arrived by the Friday before New Years. I was told the package would ship on Jan. 1, 2024, which I questioned the chat assistant about, but was assured my order would be shipped on that day. It is Jan 10, and I still do not have the package and I cannot chat in, phone calls go unanswered, emails go unanswered. This company should be taken off the web. What a SCAM!!! Don't even deserve one star.

I recently purchased a sword from Swordskingdom as a gift, and prior to shipping I had asked them via live chat if the scabbard/sheath was the same as the one used in the TV show Ertugrul. They simply responded "yes". Unfortunately, after receiving the item I immediately noticed the scabbard was not the one from the show.

When I contacted Swordskingdom asking about a return/refund, they claimed the scabbard was not pictured and therefore not eligible for return. I explained that I had specifically asked if it matched the show's version, and they had confirmed it did. The agent asked me for proof of this claim. Since I did not save the chat transcript or take a screenshot, I could not provide evidence.

I asked the agent to check their chat history to verify my claim, but soon after the chat disappeared and I lost the ability to message them. Clearly they were unwilling to take responsibility for the incorrect information their representative had provided.

As this was intended as a gift, I went ahead and ordered the correct version from another seller. But I want to caution other customers - when chatting with Swordskingdom, be extremely detailed in your questions and remember to save transcripts and screenshots. Their willingness to provide inaccurate information and then refuse returns when the product doesn't match their claims is very concerning. I'm sharing my experience so others don't find themselves in the same frustrating situation.

Good swords and good service. Ordered a few replicas and got a massive discount.
