Second week since I asked for the MCS Certificate

They have installed my solar panels in 2020 and they connected me to Social Energy, but now, since SE stopped trading I need to register my system with the new electricity provider, but for that I need the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) certificate number, which I cannot get from them: no answer to my e-mails, and their reception left the concerned team several messages, with no success, since over one week.
Right now my Solar panels are injecting electricity in the grid for free, thanks to Switch!
