Great site for crypto
While the site did bug a little on the verification process, support was quite fast to help me with both the bugs and how to verify correctly. Fees were a little high, but not that I would really mind about a few bucks extra with how fast it was to finish everything.
In total, I transfered, spoke to support and got verified in less than an hour, which was quite amazing due to the fact that response time on other sites are a few hours, while on Switchere the wait time was a few minutes at most.

Be careful when making payments to Switcherer!
The site first makes the sale and lastly checks whether the person meets all KYC requirements. Result, my money went from my bank balance to Switcherer, I am still asking them to refund the purchase. Support even stopped responding to my emails.

Completely incompetent + blacklisted by banks as scam/unreliable company
They are completely incompetent. Service does not work properly and customer support is useless. I was not able to complete payment by any card because both of my banks have Switchere blacklisted as scam/unreliable company associated with card fraud. The blacklist is obviously so severe that both banks called me shortly after I attempted to make the card payment and one even temporarily blocked my card.
So then I tried to do the transfer via SEPA payment. I sent it from my bank and everything seemed to be okay... UNTIL Switchere just sent me an automatic e-mail that they have refunded the amount back to my bank account (so I had to twice pay bad exchange rate). When I asked for an explanation, I just got some universal sentence "Please note that the service on which your external wallet is located should not be associated with gambling or the sale of medications and dietary supplements"
But the external wallet was not associated with any of things like that. So in the end I lost a lot of time and money and in the end I had to use a different service.
Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND. Worst company ever.

I've never used this company before
I've never used this company before, but someone was able to access my debit card information and purchase cryptocurrency. Whoever owns the site should do their due diligence to vet the consumers who use the site to commit fraud. Now I am out of money and must make arrangements to make my rent.

The 3DS feature requires a cardholder to additionally confirm each purchase in the bank's app or via an OTP code from the bank.

They advertise that no verification is required however after I did my first SEPA transfer it was asked of me after they received the money to verifiy, once I emailed support about their false advertisement they refunded me and kept 5€ as their comission for refunding.

very efficient, but the comission is high, i think if you lower that, we will use it frequently.
