Easy Process
We needed a mobile sim and thought it would be a long process but after speaking with James and signing a couple of bits of paperwork the sim arrived at our office and we could use it right away, great service from the team

The whole process was smooth and seamless. Kim kept us appraised of progress and the switchover worked as without a hitch.

We swapped broadband supplier and the whole customer experience was fantastic from beginning to end. James listened carefully to what we needed, gave us different options, then allowed our committee time to consider the decision. Lee was then amazing, promptly answering queries and was available at the end of the phone to talk us through what needed to be done when there was a problem. Very responsive and helpful service. The operator gave us options to change energy suppliers in a quick turn-around, and responded effectively to queries. The information provided enabled us to take this forward through our governance structures with ease, and the new contract (more than 6 month ahead of end of current contract) will be saving us a huge amount on our energy services over the next three years.

Proactive and friendly support from initial enquiry to first invoice. A special shout out to Kim McCallum who guided us through the process of switching our mobile plans, even giving us the text of an email to send to our previous telecoms company when they were obstructive. In the end this saved us £160 in cease charges!
