Easy Process

Excellent service from Kim and James.

Excellent service from Kim and James.

Kim and James helped us source new mobile phones and Sims, as well as arranging the setup of a new mobile provider and contract for multiple staff.

The whole process was smooth and seamless. Kim kept us appraised of progress and the switchover worked as without a hitch.

Excellent customer service

We swapped broadband supplier and the whole customer experience was fantastic from beginning to end. James listened carefully to what we needed, gave us different options, then allowed our committee time to consider the decision. Lee was then amazing, promptly answering queries and was available at the end of the phone to talk us through what needed to be done when there was a problem. It was very refreshing to always know who to contact and to be able to get in touch with the right person quickly. Thank you very much - I would highly recommend you to others.

Contract Renewal Cash Back query

Kim was extremely helpful in resolving our query with SEBB. Communication was frequent and clear and she attended to it right up until the end even though there was a small, final 'twist' we ran into. Well done, Kim, hugely appreciated.

Very responsive and helpful service

Very responsive and helpful service. The operator gave us options to change energy suppliers in a quick turn-around, and responded effectively to queries. The information provided enabled us to take this forward through our governance structures with ease, and the new contract (more than 6 month ahead of end of current contract) will be saving us a huge amount on our energy services over the next three years.

Glad we switched

We switched from an old provider to a system which will prove to be better value for the same service, the support during the switchover has been great and the tech support are quick to help and easy to speak to. Much better support than we were getting!

Helpful and friendly staff who were able to provide me with an excellent offer for our electricity needs.
They were able to provide me with a quote quickly and explain what I was being offered.

Lee Clark, technical support executive from Sebb Group, provided amazing customer care and patience when we were installing additional phones to our system. He patiently spoke me through every step, describing what to look for and what I had to do. Without Lee's support and understanding it would have been a disaster! Thank you Lee!

Proactive and friendly support from initial enquiry to first invoice. A special shout out to Kim McCallum who guided us through the process of switching our mobile plans, even giving us the text of an email to send to our previous telecoms company when they were obstructive. In the end this saved us £160 in cease charges!
