SwissGuard Ltd. 

UK phone number. I keep screening their calls but had a few moments to spare today so decided to play along. Some Eastern European accented lady Identified on the phone as Swiss Guard and that they're helping people recover from scams (funny!). I keep the lady talking and then she asks when was the last time I experienced a scam. I answered honestly that the last time was a few minutes ago when I answered the phone. Lady then said I was very funny (agreed!), f me (hard pass) and that she hated me (I'll work with my therapist to get over this devastating news).

So yeah, very low effort scam. Steer clear.

This is one of the scams who claim to help victims to get the money back from another scam yet they are scam themselves. They collect your details from social media ads targeting the victims who are once conned by other scam, keep calling your mobile and try to convince they are legit.
They initially promise 'no win no fee' service with relatively lower commission than others, but they ask you to pay before you get the money back from initial scam who put you in this position!
In my case, it was actually laughable - the woman who called me with UK number with obvious eastern European accent called herself 'Lily Stratford' - how British the name sounds, despite her accent!
We all need to be careful with social media advert, especially when it sounds too good to be true...

SCAM company that called me (the call was from Emma Oswin) saying that "SwissGuard.io" with SwissGuard company will take care of you and offer "comprehensive financial solutions and cryptocurrency management services to individuals worldwide", so they SCAM individuals worldwide.

The SCAM is that try to ask money from the people to create and "Activate crypto wallet" for a initial fee.
The caller Emma Oswin from the scam SCAM "company" with call you to "help" with compensation for your loss.
Who is giving you money for nothing? Nobody!
This is the 1 red flag and the following will come.

So they will ask for money.. one way or another.

Scam reasons are:
1. On the website swissguard.io that is Registered On the date of 2024-04-16 (less then 1 year) but if you ask them will say that the business for for many years.

2. they don't have a physical address - so they are nowhere to find. Eventually they will send an email with a fake address like "Chem. du Canal 5, 1260 Nyon, Switzerland" that if you look on google maps are other businesses there.

Do not give card details or crypto wallet details to anyone on the phone as they will be fake companies that will say will help you and it will still all your money.

3. no company official name and no registration number so you can check. On the website is just a phone UK number (trey say that are from Swiss country that is also False and there is no Swiss phone number).

Scam company. Hopfully this will stop some people making a bad decision.
