Worst service ever

I am glad to read so many negative reviews and that I have the same issue than the other customers.
They send me my credit card twice to the wrong address while I called them to inform them it was the wrong one. I even wrote it on the contract when I received it (at the wrong address of course).

After they tell you it is your fault and you communicated the address too late (LOL). But thank you for sending my credit card and the code to my old address, you really have the worst service ever.

Utterly useless and pointless company

Utterly useless and pointless company, changed my address with them and they still sent my new credit cards to the old address. Phoned up a few weeks later to check that my invoices for my credit card would be sent out to my new address and low an behold they sent them to my old address, fined me for not paying my credit card in time and blocked all my cards. Useless company.
The Swiss banking system is absolutely dreadful, not being able to pay online with a debit card (like every other country) and not being able to make a simple transfer between your debit and credit card online is ridiculous. Inefficient and counter-productive system

It takes meticulous planning to create a customer service of this quality

Blocked my cards on four occasions despite the lack of any fraudulent activity. Had to contact customer service each time to have the cards unblocked. Received a physical letter a month later apologising for the inconvenience.

Referred a friend and never received the referral bonus. Contacted the customer service team several times and was reassured I would receive a call back each time after they clarified certain points internally. Turns out this is Swisscard code for ‘we are not interested in dealing with your issues’.

Never received a callback and no inconvenient topics are logged by customer service staff meaning that when the ‘callback approach’ is used, you will have to start over from scratch with the next customer service agent when you call on your own initiative.

"Please contact the merchant first"

"Please contact the merchant first"

4 bookings made in a foreign country, vendor not possible to identify from the text. But call them yourself first, we will not bother.

Defeats the purpose of the protection provided by a credit card.

Wake up!! Credit cards can be used outside the Swiss borders! As a joint venture with American Express, you should know this!
