We had a fantastic family vacation at Villa Playa in Marbella — a beautiful villa with easy, direct access to the beach — but what truly made the stay exceptional was Swish and their incredible team.
From the warm reception on arrival, everything was taken care of end to end. The villa was perfectly prepared: kitchen ready, fridge fully stocked, every detail thought of before we even asked. The butler at the villa was outstanding — restaurant recommendations and bookings, arranging the car, handling last-minute changes, canceling reservations or adding extra guests at short notice. Nothing was ever a problem, and everything was done with genuine warmth and a smile.
It’s rare to find a team this professional and this caring at the same time. Swish turned a great villa into a truly effortless, memorable holiday. Thank you to the whole team — five stars, and we’ll be back.

We chose Swish Marbella because they present themselves as a luxury rental agency offering carefully selected properties and a premium concierge service. Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite.

Apartment W48 should never be recommended to families or anyone looking for a luxury stay. We knew Puerto Banús was a lively destination, but what Swish never disclosed was that both bedrooms are directly above a nightclub operating until 6:00 a.m., while the opposite side of the apartment faces another late-night venue operating until around 2:00 a.m. There is simply no quiet side of the apartment, making normal sleep impossible.

This wasn’t just disappointing—it was information that should have been disclosed before booking, especially since Swish knew we were travelling with two children. Had we known this, we would never have chosen this property.

The apartment itself was also below the standard expected from a luxury rental, and the concierge service promised before payment was nowhere to be found afterwards. We had to organise most of our reservations ourselves, and when we submitted a formal complaint, we never received a proper written response. Instead, communication continued through WhatsApp, where we were repeatedly told that everything had been described in the listing.

Luxury isn’t just about attractive photos or expensive properties. It is about honest advice, transparency, and recommending the right property for the right client. Unfortunately, Swish Marbella failed on all .

From the initial contact to the booking experience, arrival and throughout the stay, communication was nothing short of amazing. The team was very detail-oriented and helpful. The house's location was exactly what we wanted and it did not disappoint. Literally steps from the beach and Puento Romano with all its amenities yet the privacy and beautiful deck of your own. Highly recommend both the property and Swish Marbella!

We rented an apartment from Swishmarbella and were very satisfied : top location, top apartment and top assistance of our host of SWISHmarbella !!

My clients are currently renting a long term property managed by Swish. Even though the property is spotless and luxurious, the heavy rains and freak weather we are experiencing has impacted the property. Everything from lights fusing, alarm systems going down in the rain and electric gates shorting in the downpours... etc.
However every call I have made has been dealt with professionally and rapidly. Even though the freak storms must have effected many of the houses they manage, their response times and dedication to fixing every detail has been exceptional.
Their maintenance team is so impressive, even when I queried a fuse shorting they knew over the phone the exact fuse number on the circuit board that controlled the effected lights!
If I could, I would have every one of my clients renting with Swish. They are a pleasure to work with and it's reassuring that there are still professional companies still out there that want their clients to be happy and safe and don't just take their commission and run!
