Written by the company

Swire Consulting Group is a strategic management consultancy helping ambitious companies unlock growth, secure capital, and execute complex commercial initiatives with confidence across the UK, India, the GCC, Europe, and North America. We work with founders, leadership teams, investors, and corporates on capital raising, investor readiness, international expansion, market entry, strategic partnerships, transactions, and operational excellence, helping businesses move from strong potential to clear commercial momentum. Our difference is a relationship-led, execution-driven model focused on sharper strategic narrative, stronger investor positioning, better decision quality, and tangible outcomes rather than endless report writing or theoretical recommendations. Whether supporting a founder preparing for fundraising, an established company entering new geographies, or a leadership team evaluating growth options, succession, or exit pathways, our work is designed to turn strong businesses into clearer, more investable, and more commercially effective propositions. Alongside our advisory work, we continue to develop founder-focused tools and insight products such as Fundable and SwireIQ. These are built from live market experience and help businesses better understand what drives conviction in capital, growth, valuation, and strategic decision-making. Our philosophy is simple: outcomes over slideware, clarity over noise, and alignment over narrative. We believe the strongest businesses win when strategy, story, and execution are fully aligned.

What stood out was how specific and relevant the report was to Palgae’s situation. It felt closely aligned to where we are as a business, and the recommendations were practical enough to feed directly into our fundraising thinking.

“This feels like a complete investor…

“This feels like a complete investor playbook. It brings real alignment and efficiency to the fundraising process, but what stood out most was the thoughtful market and investor context behind the recommendations. The round design and valuation framing were especially useful, and the report gives a very strong strategic overview. It’s something I expect to refer back to repeatedly before engaging investors.”
