I have used them for 8 transfers over the last 4 years, they are always very good and attentive, this time however they were unable to help as the buyer was not a tax resident and was unable to pay the transfer tax ? I don't understand, but they gave me a full refund.
AVOID! FAKE AGENCY!!! They just steal your money and you wont get absolutely anything in return! No reapose from any contact channels!

Tal y como le hemos indicado en numerosas ocasiones, no podemos tramitar el cambio de nombre hasta que comprador y vendedor firmen el contrato.
El retraso en la tramitación de vuestro expediente se debe a esta razón.
