App looked nice on a first, with nice welcome bonuses…only they are not giving rewards for their promotions(I met requirements) after not giving me my rewards and me not using app, they send me 2 bonus bets by 10$
I used one and won 50$(the other one disappeared)

Made a withdrawal about which their customer service says it’s processed and approved but still after a month withdrawals are not approved for me and I have 372$ dollars on account and they don’t want to pay my money and dodging me instead with dozens of mails in which they keep on asking for more time🤷‍♂️
More time than a month for approving withdrawal?!
I complained to Igaming’s but so far with no result-are they corrupted?
My next steps are reporting them both(igaming and Swiper) to AGCO, OPP investigation and Enforcment bureau.
As I’m sure that my case is not exception,
I’m inviting all of you who had a same or similar experience with Swiper and Igaming to join me in this process and potentially law suit

Yes i won from this casino and yes i got my withdrawal. Thats as far as this casino goes. Im done with it. Theres always something shady going on with it and their promos. Wether you are not getting the promo you payed for or if your using the claw machine and the buttons dont work you still get charged for it, i dont trust this casino. Plenty of better ones out there.

awful site. same as tooniebet (same company). place 1 bet on sports and they'll force you to play the casino afterwards. do not waste your money or time here. there are so many better igaming sites to play on.
they tend to take bonuses away and don't let you actually use them, also full of fake 5 star reviews. worst igaming site i've been on so far

Edit: swiper trying to report real experiences as "defamatory" to get them removed, but failed. Wouldnt be surprised if they had some negative reviews removed already. Shady asf site.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS- there are a ton other igaming sites to play on

Edit 2: swiper tried flagging this and probably other negative reviews as "harmful or illegal", attempting to remove legit reviews of their horrible service. Again, play elsewhere. This is the last igaming site I would recommend and it's sad how low igaming's bar has dropped in allowing these shady operators.

Writing with another email from the one i actually registered with....i was scared they weren't gonna pay me but they did, they honored their word, only have to make sure you provide them all the important files and requests they ask you and you will be fine.....hopefully now that i am verified they will no longer need to ask me for more stuff but they paid all my money so far, not one late payment.

Play through initial deposit... are you kidding me! I had deposited 100 and lost... then I deposited 40 and won 130 so thought I'd take it and move on... but no.... I had to play through the 40 to be able to withdraw! Thankfully I didn't deposit 500. I have played MANY online casinos and this is a first. Scammers - stay far far far away!

Made around 2 grand. They are not withdrawing my money after 3 weeks. Told me I need to send in more info to verify. When I go to the verification tab it says my account is already verified. I told them this and they said it needs time to update the information. Bunch of scammers

Same company as Tooniebet. Opened an account with Tooniebet and as luck was on my side I got to 10k. However, they came up every excuse (ID dark, transaction wrong, etc) not to pay out. I sued them with the small courts, served them and I got my money within days. Unknowingly, I opened with Swiper that they are owned by the same company. I won $500 and got to $980 and wouldn’t pay it out. They are using the same tactic not to pay out. I’m in the process of again filling a lawsuit with small claims, and see how long it takes them to pay it out after they served the lawsuit. My imagination is they are going to pay it out quick. Update: Sued Swiper in small claims and my money got back within days. Any withdrawal refusal can be solved if you file lawsuit with small claims.
